• Andrea (10/5): - La posizione, servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici, nelle vicinanze c'è tutto quello che ti serve, come alimentari, fast-food, parco giochi per i piccoli. Quartiere estremamente vivibile, e silenzioso. L'appartamento ha 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e ampi spazi vivibili oltre che 2 splendide terrazze e un solarium sul tetto con un bellissimo panorama. La cucina offre tutti gli elettrodomestici con forno a microonde, bollitore, macchina per caffè americano, tosta pane e tastiera, la lavastoviglie era momentaneamente out of order ma niente di preoccupante, in bagno c'è il phon e una piastra per le signore. Wifi gratuito. L'appartamento era sufficentemente pulito, solo piccoli dettagli.

• Krysiak (8/5): Udany pobyt. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Apartament przestronny i czysty. Minus parking, którego nie było na miejscu. Nie działający sprzęt- zmywarka.

Il parcheggio perche abbiamo preso una multa per aver parcheggiato nella strada di sotto

• Marie (10/5): Děkujeme majiteli že jsme se mohli ubytovat hned po příjezdu. A nemuseli čekat do 15:00. - Ubytování bylo moc pěkně, čistě, a bylo tam vše potřebné pro nás. Doprava do centra vynikající, tramvaj hned za rohem. Určitě doporučují :) Vše bylo ok.

• Ovidiu (9/5): - Very spacious, clean , a lot of balconies, easy acces,, acces for public transport Hm . Maybe a little difficult to park . On application space of parking is expensive and hard to find . Can leave in an park ride like Schonbrun.

• Alexandra (3/5): - Die Lage des Apartments ist gut. Das Apartment ist leider nicht sauber! Ebenfalls ein sehr großes Minus, hat die Heizung. Sie funktioniert nur zwei Stunden, danach sind die Heizkörper wieder total kalt ,und das ist mit zwei kleinen Kindern überhaupt nicht tragbar!!!!! Von den vielen TV's funktioniert kein einziger.

Es war alles ein wenig vernachlässigt - die Zimmertüren waren teilweise sehr schwer oder gar nicht zu schließen, es war nicht gut gereinigt, wir mussten erstmal putzen als wir ankamen, die Küchenausstattung war sehr spartanisch - wir hatten nicht genug Kaffeetassen für alle...

• Melita (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very large and in a good location near the metro station. We were disappointed to arrive in mid-December to a cold apartment as the radiators were not turned on. Also, the heating stopped working in the middle of our stay, which the owner then fixed.
