• AndreVale31 (10/5): - Posizione comoda vicino a servizi di trasporto. Ottima vista dalla camera matrimoniale. Rumore di vicini o del traffico assenti. Cucina con fornelli a induzione. Qualche formica in bagno, credo fosse dovuto al fatto che la casa è vecchia.

• moura (10/5): Apartamento perfeito - O apartamento está muito bem localizado, numa zona tranquila junto ao parque, mas próximo dos pricipais pontos de interesse em Zurique. É espaçoso e perfeito para uma família de 4. O nosso anfitrião Dimi foi muito atencioso e as suas sugestões foram muito úteis para quem, como nós, visitou a cidade pela primeira vez. Nada a referir.

• Füsun (10/5): Zürih sıcak bir karşılama :) - Konumu heryere çok yakın ve önünde tramvay ve otobüs durakları var. Geniş ve rahat. -4 derece de sımsıcak bir ev ile karşılandık, çocuklar ile çok mutlu olduk. Erken vardığımız için yardımcı oldu ev sahibi ve erken girişimize izin verdi çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz. • Yiğit (2/5): Its not worth the money - Good location. You won't even need a to rent a car to explore the city if you stay here. This place has the earliest check out time i have seen. They expect you to check out at 10am.. However you can only check in after 3pm. Also the apartment has no household items at all. Make sure you bring all your stuff

The host arranged everything very well for my arrival, had great communication with me throughout and was very quick to respond to messages. I would definitely stay at this property again when I visit Zürich again!

Мы даже воспользовались стиральной машиной в хозяйственном помещении в подвале. Интернет отличный. Хозяин быстро и дружелюбно отвечал на все вопросы. Самостоятельный check-in и check-out Все было хорошо. Обязательно приедем еще

• fabianmaga (7/5): barrio tranquilo cómodo algo alejado del centro - La ubicación es un poco alejado del centro hay que caminar unos minutos al tren o al supermercado y al centro. El piso es cómodo y tranquilo Había obras en la calle delante y adermás una iglesia que comienza muy temprano por la mañana con las campanadas todos los días que estuvimos lo que te despierta
• Pedro (8/5): We love the location and the apartment had what we need, however the parking is a big issue. - The apartment was close to the old town like a 15 minutes walk, it was large enough for a family of 4. The kitchen was equipped with what you need to cook. The apartment has a beautiful view to a public park that you can see from the balcony. The area is quiet and safe. The check in was easy and the keys were where they said is was going to be. In the description was mentioned that the apartment had washer and dryer, but the washer and dryer are located in basement of the building not inside the apartment. They left a coffee maker but they did not provide the coffee capsule, so we needed to improvise. Parking is a big issue, not parking allowed around the apartment for at lease 15 mins walk away. all the parking around are for resident only with permit, however, there is a street meter parking that allow you to park free over night from 8 PM to 9 AM, Police will ticket you after 9:01 AM. it is located in from of Mission Catholique de Langue Francaise de Zurich. The apartment building has parking but are rented to businesses in the building. In the bathroom there were not any shampoo or body soap. The apartment is very hot during the summer time.

• Juna (9/5): Great stay for a family of 4 (with small kids) - The apartment is quite big and cozy with decent amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, smart TV and big dining table in the living room. It was the perfect choice for our family of 4. The management allowed us to check in a bit earlier than 3pm which was very nice of them since we had an overnight flight. Location is amazing, there is a park with a very nice playground right behind the building that our kids loved! Appreciated the proximity to bakeries, coffee shops and supermarkets. Very close to the center of Zurich with lots of connectivity through tramways and buses. Nothing negative to talk about, but the apartment might need small improvements. I would highlight the sofa bed not being ideal to sleep - our daughter slept there (she is a light weight) but an adult would find it quite uncomfortable, i tried to lay down with her and the mattress is very bumpy. The kitchen, while functional, might need a bit of an upgrade soon. Also in the booking site they mention that there is a washer but it is a dishwasher and not a washer/washing machine.
• Anup (8/5): Very good - Beds are comfortable, Tv, Internet, reaching the location near the busstop, backside garden for kids, host availability, kitchen is fine Dim lighting in the kitchen and entrance, In bathroom water spills outside bathtub there is no way to drain and only source of ventilation is window which may be chill during cold days, shower is leaking
• Ouhanis (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect and near major necessary things such as a bus stop, tram stop, and many grocery stores. As an addition the rooms were comfortable and near a very beautiful to go and relax after a long day of exploring the city. Not that it was an issue but if you are a light sleeper be aware that you might be able to hear your neighbors and they most likely can hear you as well, we only had an issue one time when a neighbor was moving something and we were able to hear noises but other than that, very quiet and comfortable
• Nilu (7/5): Comfortable apartment, we had a good stay - Clean , quiet and comfortable apartment, good location. Sorting the bins and hassle of taking the recycling items to different places while on holiday. While we understand the rules and necessity of recycling, just wasn’t convenient with two young kids with holiday to take the items to recycling centres . Could do with few more cups, plates etc ..
