• Aaron (1/5): - Avoid at all costs. The property had multiple serious health and safety issues that completely ruined our stay. There was a leak coming through the bathroom/shower ceiling, which is unacceptable and dangerous. One of the bathrooms had no hot water, a light was not working in the bedroom, and there was also a broken bannister which made the property unsafe. The host was extremely unhelpful throughout and refused to offer any refund or even a partial refund despite all the evidence provided, including photos and videos of the issues. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
• Simon (9/5): Lovely, warm, and comfortable. - Loved the area. Very convenient for our trip, and loved the Indian and Sri Lankan shops and restaurants in the nearby streets. The house is slightly more worn than the photographs suggest, but still lovely.
• Dante C (7/5): Good Stay! - Location was so handy, it was close to all the amenities and was easy to navigate once in Wembley Central. The house decor was lovely and modern. Very clean bedding. The owner was very kind in letting me into the property early as it was ready. The house did have noticeable cobwebs, the garden had beer bottle lids over the floor which I did tidy up. There was no bottle opener and scissors in the house.

• Kyra (4/5): The property was very spacious however the cleanliness was very poor - The space was great, the living room area was nice and spacious. There were multiple rooms, which were spacious and the bathrooms looked very elegant. The cleanliness was very poor. When stepping inside the property we noticed combwebs hanging from the ceiling, the fridge had food stains inside, the microwave was dirty, we found a plastic cup with drink inside the fridge, the first bathroom we was unable to use the plug was unable to open as it was broken - we cleaned everything which products before using. The property did provide cleaning products and cooking products however this was poor.

• Fakher (4/5): Es war überhaupt nicht gut - Die Lage war gut Die Betten waren kaputt, Sofa war kaputt , Oben die Dusche kam kein Wasser und es war nirgends warmes Wasser.

• MERCY (8/5): Wonderful Large Home. A Few Touch-Ups Would Make It Perfect - What I particularly appreciated about the home was how spacious it was. With six bedrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone, and it felt comfortable rather than crowded. The space itself was clean, well-presented, and maintained to a good standard, which helped create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere during our stay. I also want to acknowledge how nice and accommodating the landlord was his warm approach and willingness to assist made the experience even better and added a personal touch to the stay. One thing that could be improved is the condition of some of the bathroom facilities. The bathtub on the second floor wasn’t working as expected, and the shower on the top floor wasn’t available for use. With a property of this size, having all bathrooms fully functional would just make the stay even smoother and more convenient for everyone. A few small updates in this area would really enhance the overall experience.

• Sara Sofia (7/5): Nice, modern place to spend time with people however it could do with a bit more upkeep. - The house was spacious and very pretty and modern, it is a great place to enjoy a couple days with your friends/colleagues in. The bed sheets were clean and comfortable. The heater in the house didn’t work so it was cold at night and there was stains in the couch,the kettle seemed to be unclean and there was some black bits in the sugar

It has a lot of potential but it hasn’t been looked after- door handles literally came off in our hands. On the plus side the bedding and towels were clean.
• Chloe (4/5): Lovely house, but the cleanliness let the stay down - Lovely modern house, interior design downstairs & in bathrooms are really lovely The house just wasnt clean, which let the stay down- skirten boards dirty & full of dust, microwave dirty (food splattered inside), limescale on the shower head, celing falling apart in bathroom due to shower steam, mold/cracks in one of the master bedrooms, and a pillowcase from the stay before us was left at the property

• guillaume (3/5): Vraiment très sale - La maison est assez grande et la literie est bonne Facile d'accès par le métro ou le bus Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison très sale intérieurement avec du gras de partout, un sol collant, une vaisselle sale, un four pas nettoyé, des pénis dessinés sur les vitres et un frigo très sale. (Nous avons passé 1h à nettoyer la maison à notre arrivée) Extérieurement il y avait des mégots de cigarette et des capsules de bière de partout sur le sol. Il manquait la télécommande de la télévision. Et grosse fuite d'eau à la douche du 2e étage donc de l'eau coulé par le plafond de la salle de bain du bas. Pour conclure : la maison pourrait être très bien mais il faut faire les travaux nécessaires et surveiller le ménage avant l'arrivée des hôtes.

• Laura (4/5): Wouldn’t return - Had the space we needed for a group of friends Needs a huge amount it attention. The house is botched together, hardly any appliances, lights stopped working, ceiling in bathroom and bedrooms bubbling and wasn’t well cleaned at all. On arrival, all the bins hadn’t been emptied so had to leave all our rubbish in the kitchen. Has a lot of potential but it isn’t cared for in the way it should be for the price

We left some valuables at the property by accident and the host was great a communicating and arranging a collection for us. Overall Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

The host was kind and gracious and supplied us with everything we needed. I was very happy and would definately reccomend this property. We were 11 adults and 3 children. I would say that it was quite the max amount of people more or less. The lounge area and eating area was more accomodating for about 9 people so that was a little tight.

• Hill (1/5): Don’t bother, not clean! - Not clean at all, kept up most of the night with the gutter leaking straight on to the window. The house was so dirty, toothpaste splatters on window, floors had dirty patched on it, dirty oven and microwave.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Home away from home! - Its really beautiful, was really home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable. Very nice rooms and furniture. Lots of amazing facilities. Well furnished. Sheets were very clean. Bathrooms are lovely. There was hot water. Plenty clean towels and clothes hangers. Big and efficient TV. Wifi working well. Lots of plates, kitchen utensils, big pots. A lovely backyard that is well lit and secure. Quiet neighborhood. There were some raw food items too. Nice, big and functional fridge. Well working heaters. Entry was easy when we arrived. Was not very well cleaned, especially the mirrors. Insufficient toiletries. Footmats are quite slippery on the floor, the stairs can be a bit risky due to slimness and the carpets being slippery for some footwear. Don’t burners on the stove weren’t working.
