• KARIM (7/5): - clean, location and really beautiful appartment Elevator is a bit small and slow. Then there were 2 main issues; First one was about the 400 euro deposit. This had to be paid on a different 3 party website, and the problem with that is that booking specifically warns about things like that. Even one employee told me not to pay. In The end everything was fine, but still this have to be solved by the owner and booking. Second is the Sound alarm fee. AFTER i paid, i got the message that there is some noise sensor that when triggered, the fee will be 400 Euro (what a coinsidence ! ). There is a night time between 22.00 pm and 6 am, which we understand. But having 2 children and be constantly afraid of triggering this alarm is really bad. These 2 things were our main issues. Other than that, we were happy.

• Iris (5/5): - The apartment itself is very special and nice, located in a good area. A strict 73 dB noise limit with a €400 fine if exceeded was communicated only 13 hours before check-in, without a clear explanation of how or over what period measurements are taken. At that point, cancellation was no longer possible, making this a last-minute, one-sided change to the agreed conditions. I would not recommend this apartment to guests who value privacy or plan to spend time with friends indoors after 10 p.m. In addition, it was not disclosed that the winter garden is unheated and therefore unusable in winter.

• Pavel (10/5): Viena este totdeauna o locatie incantatoare - Sejur foarte placut. Apartamentul bine situat langa gara Frantz Joseph. Magazine in imprejurimi si locuri de luat masa. Se ajunge in 25- 30 min in centru pe jos. Zona foarte curata si sigura. Apartamentul foarte bine dotat si elegant situat pe doua niveluri cu scara interioara. Cele doua dormitoare sunt situate fiecare la cate un etaj avand si grupul sanitar corespunzator. O vedere admirabila de pe terasa. Parcarea se face intr-un garaj din apropiere Cred ca un sistem de echilibrat temperatura intre etaj si primul nivel ar fi necesar , sus este prea cald in timp ce jos temperatutra este acceptabila. In baile de sus incalzirea in pardoseala functioneaza la temperatura prea inalta si cred ca se pierde energie fara rost

• Katarzyna (10/5): Great place with great views - The appartment is spacious and comfortable, with great views over Vienna. We particularly loved "the tower" where we could spend our evenings and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the place. The subway is just 3-4 minutes away.

• Ana (9/5): Just a perfect stay! - Just a perfect place to stay in Vienna with friends or family. Never been in such fantastic property - spacious and stylish :) I am grateful for the opportunity to stay there!

The fold out beds were not so large but it is definitely manageable and well worth it
• Vuk (9/5): Great place on great location - Gorgeous duplex apartment, on great location. This was one of the best equipped apartments I have ever been. You have everything you need, from new dish sponge to new shampoo, coffee etc. Heating is excellent, we traveled with 9 months baby, floor heating was very convenient because of the baby crawling. Self check in great organized. Communication with the place is good as well. Cleaning could be better, especially for the fee you pay. Carpets are old and dirty, need to be washed. Maybe some whitewash of walls could be done as well, because the place like that deserves to be perfectly maintained. Overall I highly recommend this place.
