Huey (1/5): - I didn’t have a chance to stay there , I bel the owner of this property drop the price just to attract customers then cancel the booking at the very last moment to set you to a awkward position when you’ve arrived to discover your booking has been cancel for some reason then offer you a better place to stay for higher rate ,that’s what happened to me , and communication was poor , please take my advice don’t come anywhere near this Bad communication

Vanessa (7/5): Good location & helpful staff - Good location, really friendly & helpful on the front desk even though our booking wasn’t confirmed, the lady kept making sure we were ok each day 👍🏻 When we arrived they told us we had no booking even after it was confirmed through booking.com The beds were rock hard & uncomfortable.
Edward (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a secure newish building in a decent central area - Nice looking building, high floor with views. Good location near Tan Dinh market - good for those looking for a less touristy but still central spot. Staff were responsive to requests if you can speak Vietnamese. Pool belongs to the next-door hotel and only accessible for a fee. No gym. There’s a poker venue on street level of the building, so always gambling folks loitering and smoking outside. There could be more amenities such as cooking appliances, towels etc ( they bought us a dish drying rack during our stay)
Loan (1/5): Cheating owner - Book for checking in on 1st December but on 26 of October the owner already asked for money for the room if not ,they won’t keep the room on that day .. when on booking confirmation just paying when we arrive..and if we want to cancel (even earlier 5 days of the last day for cancellation.. the owner didn’t refund the money back

Huey (9/5): In majority I’m happy with it - It was very comfortable, except for the pillows was to hard we end up bought our own , If the place was fitted with an oven or maybe a toaster and also a few more pots and pans. A split system was installed right outside the bedroom it was a bit noisy,
