• Nizam (2/5): I have no choice but this property to me its not good to stay - Most of the equipment is old, some more the house wasn’t clean enough. From the photos it is look goods but in-fact wasn’t good. Even in the toilet all is old and the water shower very slow Nothing much

Spacious appartement. - It was not clean... greasy kitchen, mouldy, stinky and stained bathrooms. - I had to reach under the bed for a book that fell, sooo much dust, tissues, toys... so gross!!! Was sneezing like crazy. - Bathrooms are old and nothing is working as it should. Showers leak and don't drain, despite the owners tries to fix it. - The washing line was full of washed bedding from previous guests. So in order to be able to wash and hang some laundry, I had to fould bedding from 4 bedrooms first!!! I'm on holiday and I don't want to fould someone else's bedsheets!!! (Could have just trown it somewhere, but that's not my style...) - Overall, the place needs some thorough cleaning als maintanance...

• Fxrrxh (6/5): Pleasant - Location, walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport Mall. Opposite do have 24hrs mart. Alot need to be change especially all the matress, not comfy at all, having a backpain and can't even sleep peacefully. Living room aircon not really cold.

• Zahirah (9/5): Superb - There’s a indoor playground for kids just downstairs. Location wise not bad too. I left some items in the property but the host was super helpful with it. The dryer was broken. But there’s space to hang clothes with hangers to dry.

• Magendaran (3/5): Overall the cleanliness was average. Cockroaches was found in the kitchen and hall - TV not working. Aircon no cold. eventhough set at 16 degress
• Sharil (7/5): Fair price point - Pros: Rooms: Overall apartment is clean. Air Cons are working. Internet is ok. Beds were clean and comfortable. Water heater is working fine. Both washer and dryer working. Electric flask working fine. Fridge all good. Have simple games to keep children occupied. TV working however cant figure out if have netflix. Free parking. Communication: Check in and check out was a breeze. Owners are very responsive although i kept our communication only via booking.com Location: 24hr mini mart at lobby.sells most needs. Berjaya time square around 6 minutes walk. Big muslim coffee shop across the street right most corner. More food joints while walking towards time square. Quiet location. Self service laundry across the street. Neutrals: Towels abit thin. The room and apartment itself actually looks old. Overall: Not bad for the price. RM1400+ for 3 nights stay on a 4 bedroom apartment. Do note that the 4th room is in the kitchen. Most appliances works. Apartment is clean although looks dated. Good bargain for the conditions stated. Do note the feedback Iisted are just to make future users to manage their expectations. Not for fussy people. I would stay again if the price is maintained considering the condition of the unit. Recommendations to owner: 1. The tumble dryer seal is loose because very old already - might need to change the seal/gasket. 2. Replace certain switches where the rocking mechanism is already loose for safety reasons. 3. Replace toilet doors where parts of the wood are broken/rotten so as to give the apartment a better look and feel. 4. Do a thorough toilet wall and floor tile cleaning to give a fresh look and feeling. 5. Repaint the unit with a fresh coat of paint. Owners control: A chair in the dining room very rocky. Maybe one of the legs came loose and become uneven. Some switches are having loose mechanism better to change. Not owners control: Gym is mediocre Swimming pool 50% approval rate.(Kids wont care anyway....They just love water).
