• Chia (9/5): Good bargain!!! - Price, location. A couple of chairs would be perfect. Not young anymore, bean bags may not suit everyone. The bedsheet used in the room easily builds up static charge. Was electrocuted a few times. Do not visit the store (photo posted), not honest, trying to cheat me.

• Chang (8/5): You get what you pay for - It’s located at a very strategic area with everything within walking distance The facility is quite old, the hanger inside the bathroom is spoiled; the sink is stuck; the hairdryer is missing until I ask; they gave only one toilet paper roll for 2 nights stay.

• Mohd (10/5): Very comfy and suitable for me who was on a budget trip. Thanks - Very clean and strategically located. I don't use digital padlock at my house, eventhough they shared how to insert the password on the padlock, they dont show us how to activate it at the first place. I was having a hard time for a moment until my 10yo little sister just magically activated it for me to insert the password. But other than that, no problem at all.

• Siska (8/5): Very good - I like the apartment, it's clean and has all the facilities we need, cold aircond, kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, hot water, clean and comfy bed. It has a city view and is easy to check in. The security is very helpful. The check in time is too long at 4 pm and there is no place to store our bags so we can use our time to explore the city. Thank God we found one at Larkin bus terminal.

• Ryan (3/5): Hope this issue has been amended. - Location was strategic a lot of stores around Austin Heights. The room wasn't as clean as expected. The room had leftover food from the previous guests. The mirror door magnet rusted and couldn't lock. Stage lights in the room weren't all in good condition either. Last but not least the washing machine couldn't be turned on. Hopefully these mistakes and errors can be amended.

• Wee (6/5): Big and affordable service apartment - Spacious unit. Bedsheet and pillow case are fresh and clean. No hairdryer. Shower lever dropped off. Room and service yard door creaking loudly. Better to have 2 access cards.
• Wei (1/5): Worst room condition and poor services. - The location is very good. The room condition is really bad. Watery floor at the entrance of toilet and almost fell down. The whole house is full of cigarette smell. No hairdryer in the house, although the post stated there is hairdryer provided. The owner never replied to us when we were trying to contact. The air-con is super noisy too.
• Budi (7/5): Great stay - Space is big, basic amenities mostly provided. A lot of stores and food around. Highly recommend. The door too creaky, hard to sleep at night when someone else going to washroom. Bathroom showerhead holder was loose. The room have too many mirrors in my opinions.
