• Guo (9/5): All over all is really good and worth while value for money, I wil definitely recommend this property. Sam - The property was very clean, well maintained and in a good location which is close to China Town and cafe & restaurant in walking distance. The host was very friendly and has a clear communication prior to checking in as well as checking out. The Garage was under the ground which was safe but the garage door didn’t work twice during our stay, so we had to find another way out by asking other people.
• Subhra (8/5): Nice apartment, difficult host - Location and cleanness of the property I never had such a long interaction with host while checking in to a property booked from this platform and that ruined everything. To be more specific I had a extra guest and I am under impression I booked entire apartment and should be fine as long as I am within the limit of occupant. We agreed to pay extra but it was too much of haggling. Additionally, we were presented with strict house rules before check-in day, including an $800 fine if the fire alarm was triggered and a restriction on cooking curry (ha ha ha really). These rules were not clearly stated on the Booking.com listing. Overall, the host came across as overly fussy, which made the experience uncomfortable.

• Jane (9/5): Excellent and nice stay - Very clean and fully equipped Nothing much. Just adding a rack next to the master washing basin would be better, or an extra potable heater. But these are minor improvements. Occasionally, the building drainage has a slight smell, but it's not too bad. The apartment is almost perfect.

It was so clean, well maintained and it was in such a beautiful area. The parking is secure and convenient and the apartment itself had everything we needed! We didn’t have anything to complain about!

Very well appointed kitchen and easy off street carpark. Lift in the building so didn’t have to deal with luggage and stairs. Very helpful host. Nothing I didn’t like. Was a home away from home.

• Peter (7/5): Good - The name of the premises was NOT Adelaide Central Apartments. Two other names are on the front of the premises. There is another building called this and marketed as such and It was not yours/ ours. Two Ubers, two phone calls, juggling heavy baggage, our first time in Adelaide……. Not our preferred sort of arrival. Very misleading marketing on someone’s part.🤨 Although our room was well appointed. The sofa and cream fabric chairs needed a good deep clean. There was also a really unpleasant smell that no amount of airing would remove. We appreciated the tea coffee and milk provided and the genuine greeting when we finally got to the correct booking destination .

• Teresa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Comfortable, clean secure and within walking distance to main sights of Adelaide. Was convenient for public transport as well. The whole apartment was well provided for eating in if you so choose and well located for eating out as well. Nothing.

Secure parking under the building most appreciated. A single Fob between 3 people was a bit hard as you couldn’t access the building or carpark without it. We were 3 friends attending my daughter’s wedding so we’re in and out a lot helping with wedding arrangements. So having 2 x Fob keys would have made it much easier than trying to organise who had the Fob and could they be at the unit to let someone back in etc

• Anna (10/5): Great locations and comfortable stay - The apartment is very comfortable and has anything you might need for your stay. There is no pool for the kids to cool off, but the beach is only a 20-minute drive.

Free undercover car parking for the duration of the stay. Pub on next block and restaurant option abound in the area. Hotel aircon units across the street were noisy and ran through out the night

The kitchen has enough utensils. Parking is free. You have to clean the place before leaving despite paying for cleaning fee which are usually required in apartments.
• Rinigirl (10/5): Great family apartment with convenient extras in a central location. - Very spacious and great location. It was perfect for our group as we needed three separate bedrooms. A bonus to have undercover secure parking as well. The TV didn't have Netflix (was an older TV). Towel rails are very high and it's difficult if you're short. I'm being picky though, because it really is a great apartment.

Our host was very obliging as we arrived early and he couldn't do enough to make us comfortable until the unit was cleaned. Showing us to a lovely Greek cafe and offering to drive us to the mall. I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars. Lots of lovely restaurants in walking distance and great pub next door.
