- Sandy (7/5): Nice brand new modern townhouse! - The townhouse unit is brand new, modern with good layout of living area and bedrooms. It is spacious and bright. The open concept kitchen has modern and functional appliances. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The four bedrooms are good size and beds are comfortable! :) Location is good, very close to highway. The unit is clean but somehow during our stay, there were MANY fruit flies found everywhere especially in the kitchen area. They came over food and drinks, even found in bedrooms which was very irritating. Communication with the management company can be improved. Due to issues with inaccurate final charges, I had a few conversations negotiating with the company. The personnel I talked to (didn't even get his/her name!) was polite and professional. However, I didn't feel well taken care of due to the delay in response time.
