• Samantha Willis (10/5): - The house was lovely, very well presented and in a quiet part of the coast but still close enough to everything. The outdoor space was very inviting. The lounge wasnt the comfiest to sit on but it was such nice weather i didnt use it much. I would maybe have 2 single beds in a bedroom to cater more for larger families.

Whilst the property met our needs, there were several serious maintenance issues that blighted an otherwise enjoyable sojourn. The main two issues were: ● The dishwasher does not wash. Within a minute of starting it’s cycle, lights on the control panel began to flash and no water enters the machine. The motor keeps running, even when the machine is turned off, so we disconnected the power for fear that the motor would burn out. ● The kitchen sink drain is blocked. This became evident when we tried to empty the sink after washing the dirty dishes removed from the dishwasher. When we released the plug, the water did not empty down the drain. We bought some Drain Cleaner from Bunnings but this had no effect, even after a couple of treatments. The sink did eventually empty by the next morning, we continued to wash dishes in a bucket. Photos available if needed. I informed Doma Homes by phone (+61408026127) on Thursday night of these 2 issues. The other issues we encountered are:- ● Water is coming out of the floor waste in the 2nd toilet (possibly related to the kitchen issue) ● The hot water tap in the kitchen only runs cold ● Only half the 4 slice toaster works ● The battery in the living room fire alarm needs replacing (it was beeping) ● The heat lamp in the bathroom doesn’t work ● The oven door had drip marks down the glass and tray in the oven not clean. We did not use this appliance. ● The mattress protector and doonas in the master and 3rd bedrooms appeared to have blood/urine stains ● Unsafe power point in dining room, hanging from wall ● Front door landing not to current building codes We have brought these problems to your attention in the hope they will be attended to promptly. • John (6/5): The house was nice & spacious and the pool was great. - The house was quite spacious with a large lounge room and a modern kitchen. We loved the pool and the outdoor entertainment area. The circular driveway made it very easy to get in and out of the property. Unfortunately, the beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were way too soft, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. The lounge was also uncomfortable sinking in as you sat down on it. We also encountered cockroaches and spiders inside the house and we found one large spider crawling on the lounge right near my daughter.
• Laura (10/5): Perfect stay - Huge house with more than enough space for our family of 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 preteens and a baby. Easy parking right outside the front door for our 2 cars. This house was perfect for our early Christmas and the kids loved the pool Some instructions on how to get the pool filter working would have been handy but other than that everything was great.

We also got to have a little swim in the pool this - The location is excellent for us as we have family living close by. And not far away from the supermarket for all your needs. I cannot fault this property in anyway, as this is the second time we have stayed here.And we love coming here to visit our family.

• Denise (8/5): It is a lovely place. Great pool. Comfortable and clean. - Great place. Really enjoyed it. Expecting 2 bathrooms. There was one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. Stated there was 2 bathrooms when there was only one. That was inconvenient.
• Leah (7/5): Good - Overall was not too bad. Nice and spacious rooms. Some furniture decorations are pretty nice. Swimming pool is not clean, there is some black spots on the bed liners. No hairdryer provided onsite,also a bit noise from the small toilet.

• Susan (9/5): We enjoyed our stay, and would book again . - Spacious , well decorated very homely. The two toilets , even with only I bathroom still worked . The out side area was amazing, we didn’t use due to weather but would be great if warmer. When someone used other water facilities the hot water cut out . It was a bit hard to light stove but they provided a lighter . The beds in smaller bead rooms were a bit hard perhaps a mattress topper would improve . The central heating was very efficient, a bit warm in smaller bedrooms but needed in spacious main bedroom and living areas.

• Amy (10/5): Comfortable, roomy, perfect for summer or when you need a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city - The property feels spacious and comfortable with a nice telly, roomy couch and comfortable beds. The pool was also fantastic as we had two really hot days and it was so nice being able to relax in the pool to cool down. Shower was also really nice. There’s a lovely local cheese factory nearby called Little Creek Cheese next to another handmade chocolate shop called Luka’s. It was wonderful to enjoy cheese and chocolate while watching the telly and having a good chat amongst friends :) I wanted to enjoy the bath but there where bugs all in it coming up through the drains and while that’s not the owners fault by any means, it was slightly disappointing we weren’t able to enjoy the really nice looking tub.

• Karen (8/5): would stay again. thank you - very spacious rooms and comfortable lounge. great for single people or family needed a blind on back windows for privacy and to ward off the sun and a bit more linen (face-washers) but orherwise great
