• Lacreed (9/5): Beautiful apartment, amazing views, host was extremely helpful nice and informative. - the location, the communication with host, the cleanliness. the overall apartment was amazing! possibly having more than one key? it would make it easier if those who stay have extras. therefore wont be a hassle.
• Paige (7/5): - Property is in a great location, with awesome facilities at the Soul. Responded to messages on here at the beginning in a timely manner. There were lots of marks on the walls and small things around the apartment that I noticed weren’t cleaned well.

• Lauren (9/5): Sensational option for a family or small group looking to be in the heart of Surfers Paradise - Incredible location and amazing views. Very easy booking experience with excellent info for arrival and departure procedures. There is nothing that I didn't like about this apartment. Only feedback would be that more cutlery/plates are needed - things are provided in sets of 6 but the apartment is listed as sleeping 8 (we had 8 people and needed to buy disposable cutlery and plates)

This was a huge issue for us as we travel to and from Brisbane with 8 pax and 8 lugguges and had difficulties with the kids and old folks.

• Leiana (1/5): Bad - Very dirty apartment, food on utensils, there was no sanitary bin in one of the bathrooms as well as no toilet lid, aircon did not work. I sent countless messages through booking.com regarding the aircon and there was no sense of remorse or mention of a reimbursement. We paid thousands to stay in a non clean apartment with no aircon

• Sta (5/5): The property was dirty - We love the location. It is the third time to Surfers this year. Very dusty. Air-conditioning didn't work. The windows and door were dirty internally. Dirty wine glass on the floor in Main on arrival. Heavy dust/mold around carpet. Hair in the shower drain. Cigarette butts, Band-Aids wrappers and jelly shots on balcony. Dust on ceiling in laundry. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Pillow with dirty pillowcase. Mold around sink. Marked walls. Wardrobe doors were stuck in place in 3rd room. etc.
• Corrine (10/5): Lovely spot to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise. - The views were amazing. The apartment was spacious. They very helpfully arranged a cot and high chair for our stay. The pool facilities were enjoyed by our family. The kitchen equipment could do with some items being replaced.

• Walid (5/5): Passable - Great location I expected the apartment to be cleaner, however (in my opinion), the cleanness should be improved. Underwear items were found under beds as well as inside the built-in. I had to pick up and dropped off the keys from a lockbox, 10min walk from the hotel. Hotel staff won't help you with any request. Many broken items. No locks on rooms doors and one of the bathrooms has no lock. Kitchen appliances are average with a half life toaster as well. Bed sheets had many yellow spots. Carpet in the rooms need to be steam cleaned.

I mentioned this to Optimise bnb last time I stayed as well say 7 weeks ago about this. This time apartment had a used condom still left in the bath !!!! Also the general cleanliness is a concern for me to put my family in that situation. I never leave reviews but this time I had to say something…

• Angela (4/5): In short, we will NOT be back!!! - The apartment sleeps 8 and there were only 3 small tea/coffee cups (one was chipped), the pillows were so bad we had to use cushions, the shower nozzle didn't stay where it is supposed to, the toilet was blocked in one bathroom, no one informed us where the second key card would be - we found that by chance on Day 2 of our stay (not ideal with 3 teenagers wanting to come and go), the lifts in the building are completely appalling - waiting 15 minutes is unacceptable, the kitchen tap leaked and was very difficult to use, the dishwasher rack on the bottom was broken and the dishes came out almost dirtier than when they went in (we ended up only using it once) the doors onto the balcony are not sealed properly and the noise from the strong wind was unbearable. When you spend $4225.00 on accommodation you expect better. We tried on several occasions to contact the Host - no one answered, we left messages and no one returned our call.

• Denyse (10/5): It was absolutely beautiful wonderful amazing and very very special to be with the WHOLE family - The location was absolutely spectacular. It is surrounded by everything. The pool area was amazing and fun The room was superb with stunning views JUST MAGNIFICENT!!! Not anyone’s fault but we were there when the lifts got flooded. It was handled very well and we got fit going down the stairs 😀😀

• Devjyoti (9/5): Amazing place to stay - great views, super convenient and a good team that looks after you well - Views and location are incomparable. Sprawling 180 degrees view of the ocean from the balcony with the beach being a across the road from the appartments is the USP of this place. All the shops and restaurants are just rishte beside this place. This is exactly what I wanted to spend my holidays as a big family. Also I was offered a slightly late checkout which helped us tremendously Could be a lot generous with toiletries in the bathrooms

It was better than I imagine. - The property was great, the view amazing, location great. 2 things: 1) The toilet vase in the ensuite had a poo stain when I arrived, it seems it wasn't cleaned properly, which was a no-no. 2) the lifts were broken a few times and it was always congested. Too many people and not enough lifts working.
