• Željka (8/5): Nice location, basic apartment, no essentials and inconvenient key pick up - The apartment is situated at a nice location, close to the city center (connected by tram/metro), there is also a huge Essalunga store 2 minutes away and a smaller corner shop right across the building. The neighbourhood felt safe and the apartment was clean. The bed was comfortable. Keys needed to be picked up from the central train station (some 45 minutes away by tram at time of arrival), which we were informed about the day prior to arrival. That's very inconvenient for guests not coming through the central station. Also, after check out, the keys needed to be left at a shop some 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment - not that bad, but not ideal compared to just leaving them in a keybox outside the apartment/building. The apartment uses electrical heating panels which were not synced to the correct date/time so they kept shutting down at random times and the apartment was difficult to keep warm. There were no cutting boards, tea towels, dishwashing liquid or hand soap in the apartment, which should be some basic essentials provided by the host.
• Herib (7/5): Good price and spacious, but I would probably not stay there again - - Quiet during the night - Separate kitchen and bedroom, which was good for the price - Spacious bathroom - The apartment looks relatively new even though the halls and the building do not - It was all clean - There was a rack to dry the clothes - A small supermarket across the street - Several restaurants in the neighborhood - 30 min walking from the Duomo, but we did not mind because we bought a 3-day public transport ticket - Keys have to be picked up and dropped off in a cafe that is about 20 min walking from the place. If you have a lot of luggage or short on time, that might be a hassle - The WiFi was not working during the 3 nights I stayed there and there was no response after reaching out by Whatsapp - The air conditioner was making random loud noises which made it difficult to sleep with it, so we had to choose between sleeping with the window open (not suitable because of mosquitoes), with the loud noises and waking up in the middle of the night or with the heat - There is no sponge or soap for the dishes - There was limited cutlery (2-3 forks, spoons, and one good knife) - There was a washing machine, but no detergent for the laundry - There was soap/shampoo, but they only provided 2x20 ml for 3 nights - Upon arrival, they had missed to send a video of which specific apartment it was in the building and I arrived just before they closed the office (at 18:30), so luckily, I was able to call (at 18:20) and they were able to send the video to tell me the specific door that it was, otherwise, not sure if I had managed to get in (since they did not tell me which apartment it was in advance) - If you like playing Escape rooms, you should rent this. You get a 6-digit code, then you get a location, pick up the keys, go to another location, get a video, enter the apartment, and get some written instructions to know how everything works

• Luna (2/5): Not worth it - The location was good. Where to start, really not suggesting this Option! lThe apartment is not the easiest to reach and open. The house is old ,not well taken care of and dirty. They gave us one roll of toilet paper for a stay of 4 nights for 2 people and refused to provide more 😅 opening the bathroom door was also a mission. Air conditioning was working but not cooling down the house properly. It could work for 1 person but definitely too little for 2/3 people. Overall, definitely not worth the price compared to what you get!
• Sara (7/5): Centrally located good value for money - Centrally located with a 2 min walk to the tram stop and about 15 min walk to metro. Was spacious quiet clean and tidy Supermarket across the road Air conditioning was not brilliant but we were in the middle of a heatwave. A welcome pack with basic essentials ie bottle of water tea bags and milk and oils have been a nice touch. We were given two coffee pods and shower gel.

• Konstantin (10/5): It was amazing trip in very nice place and the apartment was just like in the pictures. - The apartment was very nice and clean. Windows looked at the main street, but it was nice and quiet at night. The metro was not too far, around 10 min walk. I think it's worth the money.

• Samir (6/5): Good location, air conditioning and good firm bed. - Good location There were no cleaning products such as soap shampoos for personal use. In the Kitchen no sugar, when guest arrive late, need them. Fix toilet seat older guest can fall get hurt.
• Amr (5/5): Malfunctioning air conditioner! - Location The AC was broken during the whole stay and the host didn’t send anyone to fix it. It was an unpleasant experience to stay/sleep in the apartment during such a hot summer with no AC!
