- Joseph (9/5): Excellent location, very comfortable and overall excellent place to stay. - Excellent location. 15 minute walk to underground and specifically the Central Line. Very comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds. Heat worked magnificently. It was quite cold out our entire stay and the place was toasty warm. Excellent value for the money. The need to send a picture of the key placed in the lockbox before you leave makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Simply state that if you don't leave the key, you will lose your deposit. I can take a photo and then not leave the key so the photo evidence is useless. Between trying to get out of the apartment, organize the kids, luggage, taxi, and also send a picture through email is so inconvenient. It also shows that there is no trust of your customers. Please just simply state that if you don't leave the key in the box, you will lose your deposit.
- Darren (1/5): false advertising dirty - advertised three double beds on arrival only 2 beds and we needed three had to use a blow up bed which deflated in the night friend suffered back pain due to this adviertised on booking.com as three beds false advertising ruined our weekend also dirty stains all over living area and in bathroom tiles stained very poor avoid at all costs

- Ogeny (10/5): Exceptional - Clear communication with staff , clean property , sufficient resources , good parking , quiet neighbourhood. Front gate was a bit difficult to lock but wasn't a big deal
- Nadine (10/5): Pleasant Stay - It was located near a train station which was easy commute for us daily as well as a bus stop was very close by. The property is in a quiet area. I would suggest putting in a microwave and curtains at the bay window as anyone can look in at you.
