• Suthan05 (9/5): Value for Money & Location - Despite many negative reviews about the WiFi, my experience was very positive. I consistently got around 150 Mbps on speed tests and did not face any connectivity issues during my stay. The host was friendly and helpful. I traveled during peak season, around 31st December, when a large number of people came to Kuala Lumpur to watch the New Year fireworks. Because of this, the property felt quite crowded at times. Regalia Residence appears to have three residential towers and one hotel tower within the same complex, this particular room had a view of one of the towers and family pool. The location is very convenient. The KTM Komuter station is about a 2-minute walk, and the metro station is roughly a 10-minute walk. Overall, the stay inside the unit was fine and comfortable. However, the Bila Bila shop located in the building struggled to manage the heavy crowd during peak times. The photos uploaded on Booking.com do not appear to be recent. In reality, the building feels a bit run down and could benefit from better maintenance. Some common area lights were not working, which affected the overall impression of the property. This feedback is about the building itself, not the accommodation unit. Additionally, only about half of the lifts were operational at any given time, which caused delays, especially during busy periods.

На территории ЖК, где находится отель, красивый, зелёный и ухоженный сад; два бассейна, которые всегда работали; прачечная; два магазина; автомат с водой. В апартаментах есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, всегда есть горячая вода, исправно работают кондиционер и Wi-Fi, на кухне все кухонные принадлежности, посуда, приборы, микроволновая печь, холодильник. Вся мебель, техника, ковры, как новые, чистые и свежие. Большие, удобные, светлые апартаменты для отдыха семьёй, из окна видна красивая территория и бассейн. Расположение ЖК очень удобное, в шаговой доступности находится ТЦ, большой магазин с продуктами, уличная еда, рестораны, палатка с фруктами, обменники валют, метро, электричка. Единственное, что не понравилось, это обслуживание персонала, попросили заменить полотенца на чистые, не могли это сделать несколько дней, уборки комнат тоже не было. Так же очень плохо уходит вода в ванных комнатах, при принятии душа вода заливает всю ванную. По требованию придут и прочистят, этого хватало на 1-2 дня.
