• berg (10/5): Overall we're very happy with accommodations and the comfortable stay. We will be back. - Love the location, the view to wake up to, the wonderful space, size we were not walking all over each other, had our own space. Multiple bathrooms made showers easy and no waiting for the washroom. No wood for fire pits, electric mixer didn't work, and no blender for morning shakes. The bbq was dirty and no brush to clean it.
• Kent (10/5): Excellent Rental, Central Location. Booked Again! - Excellent all the way around! We booked again before we left! Excellent black out curtains for good sleeps! Super coat hooks at both front and back as well. Excellent value and great back yard for our mini-bernedoodle! The top step at the top of the stairs is a worry. A couple of reflective dots or similar would be a valuable addition to avoid a fall. Would appreciate a few extra blankets for the beds in the ample and generous storage areas in the rooms.

• dee dee (10/5): Such a beautiful house; we had a great time with extended family. It was an awesome vacation! - We were there to ski at Panoramam and skied 5 days out of 7. We had children with us and we absolutely loved the kids' amenities at the home itself and the location being next to the park - - along with the activities that we just didn't have the time to utilize. We didn't play pingpong nor did we make use of the pickle ball; we only played one game of foosball The only thing that could have been better would have been a 2 week stay instead of a 1 week stay!

House and neighborhood are safe for toddlers and for animals as well - we were traveling with dog. Kitchen fully equipped for a big family, dishwasher available, perfectly clean and comfy beds, towels - everything you may think about- they have it! Exceptional moment - property manager was always available and responding within a minute! Super grateful for this experience!
• Lois (10/5): - We had a family of 5 adults and.ournstay was for a week of skiing. The house had all the room and spaces for a wonderful week. The kitchen was huge and we'll stocked. There are indeed 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as advertised. Amazing.

There is a large green area across the street with a hill perfect for tobogganing. Area is quiet and the view of the mountains is spectacular. We noticed inside of cupboards need to be washed otherwise the place was clean.

• Aliona (10/5): Amazing getaway from the busy city life. - Beautiful and spacious property, very well located and maintained, gorgeous view, perfect for walks and easy access anywhere. There’s a beautiful area with outdoor gym, playground, library, ice rink, spray park… just outside the yard. The house is very cosy inside, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, great basement development, a lot of entertainment options! Hosts are very helpful and easy to reach. We loved the time spent inside and out. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I loved how cozy and comfortable the house was. Also very well located and well stocked. Walking distance to many amenities and leisure sites. Just beautiful! Nothing!

My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen a bit more with items to be able to cook. A pizza cutter would of been awesome lol
• Rick (10/5): perfect place to relax - The location is perfect. The kitchen is the best stocked of any hotel or house I have rented. fire table, fire pit and bbq. Turkeys, deer and sheep walk by multiple times a day. Park is right out the back door. Entry was easy and not too much required upon checkout. The beds were all comfortable. The bedding, towels, body wash and shampoo were amazing! so great that we are all ordering pillows and when I'm in Banff next I will pick myself up some body wash. will definitely return! There was nothing to dislike.

• Russ (9/5): Perfect place for large family with perfect location - The place was amazing. Loved the layout. Was very comfortable with lots of room the kids to be in and not be under your feet all the time. Was very clean and all the things that would be needed and then some. The one thing that is needed is a butchers block as the one big knife was hard to use. And a few extra tea towels are needed but other than those minor things it was the perfect place for a large family. Location is perfect right by the little park and rink area. Perfect little walk to the pub or grocery store. Love the deer and sheep that come along the property. The cozy fire pit in back yard is awesome

Quiet location still close to everything needed. Amazing backyard view. Playground in 3 min walking distance. We were super excited to see elks wandering around the house every morning. House is arranged in a perfect way for a big company - little ones were already sleeping upstairs and older ones were having fun in play area in basement without bothering each another. 4 washrooms is a significant advantage as well. And fully equipped big kitchen was great for family dinners. We loved our stay!

• Mark (10/5): Unforgettable memories/fabulous vacation/beautiful location/great house! - Location was phenomenal - right off the main road within walking distance to grocery store and pizza. Awesome park and pickleball courts directly across the street. I hate we didn't get to use the nice outdoor space, beautifully landscaped yard, and plays area downstairs. We were gone all day to the breathtaking Yoho and Banff National Parks and it also rained some. We just ran out of time to fully enjoy the property. I was a bit nervous to rent this property because it was newer without any reviews. Glad we did. It was very nice and more space than we even needed for our family of 5, though my grown boys loved having their own bedrooms. Our first visit to Canada did not disappoint! A few small suggestions for the owner: 1. We flew in and didn't bring our pickleball paddles. We love the game and you could provide an inexpensive set of 4 paddles and balls for your guests to be able to use the great facility across the street. 2. Add a strip of safety tape to the steps coming down from the laundry room. I know you might not want to cover the beautiful flooring, but I tripped with arms full of laundry. Maybe a reminder sign on the wall as you turn around from the washer to "Watch your step!" or something for safety. I'm a bit of a klutz typically, but my perfectly able-bodied, rock-climber son also tripped. Just a thought. 3. The sink sprayer in the kitchen seems to be stuck on "spray" and the button does not toggle to regular water flow like mine does at home. Not sure is this is normal or needs to be fixed? 4. Master bathroom upstairs: Tile floor is cold and hard...it would be nice to have a rug in front of the sink. Also, the glass bathroom door is pretty, but the light wakes up another person sleeping during the night or early or late. Could you add a curtain or shade or something to block the bathroom light from entering the bedroom? And, the removable, snap-off, bottom portion of the shower curtain needs to be washed and added to the regular housekeeping regimen.
