• Sylwia (6/5): Beautiful few but far everywhere and the hidden fees were surprising - The view was stunning There was hidden fees which were not shown upon booking but after. We booked last minute so we didn't have possibility to cancel where those fees were discovered. Just be aware that you have to pay COP130000 just for wristbands, you pay for cleaning and admin fees as well. Also checking in takes forever. They ask you for ID after you book and then at the reception as well, such a waste of time. When we got the apartment, one of the toilets were overflowing. Both showers drainage was blocked.

• Paiam (6/5): Anlage mit regelmäßigem Stromausfall - Die Pools 3 Tage hatten wir teilweise stundenweise keinen Strom. Da eine Notlicht in der Küche installiert ist, gehe ich davon aus, dass das normal ist, dass stundenweise der Strom ausfällt. Es gibt nur WiFi im Zimmer. Da die Anlage aber sehr groß ist hat man im Großteil keine WiFi. Die Rezeption und auch nicht die Bars sind bereit den WiFi Code bekanntzugeben. Selbst wenn man dort was trinkt.

• Angélica (9/5): - Me gustó mucho el lugar, la vista, el edificio y todas sus comodidades. Pasamos un muy buen rato. No hubo WiFi por un problema que hubo justo en esa fecha. La playa no era la más limpia, pero se puede ir a otras en taxi y las piscinas son amplias y tienen varias.
