• Petra (9/5): - Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Für uns als Familie mit 5 Personen war ausreichend Platz und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage war auch gut, 5min Fußweg zur U-Bahnstation Taborstraße und 15min zum Schwedenplatz.

Mia moglie si era operata e aveva le stampelle ... capirete che non è stato facile fare tutti i giorni su e giù per le scale. in cucina abbiamo trovato posate per 5 persone ma solo 3 cucchiaini e una tazzina da caffè e tre tazze da the. un appartamento che può ospitare 5 persone deve avere posate, tazze , bicchieri ecc.. a sufficienza per tutti.
• Karlheinz (9/5): 2. Stock, ruhiges Wohnviertel mit allem was man braucht. - Vorneweg: Wir waren 2 Erwachsene für 3 Nächte im Dezember 2025. Wir wurden an der Parkgarage empfangen, uns wurde der Parkplatz zugewiesen und wir konnten schon gegen 15.00h in die Wohnung. Vom Parkplatz zu Fuß kein Problem; nur 3 Minuten. Die Wohnung war im 2. Stock; Schlüsselsafe ist vor der Wohnungstüre nicht an der Haustüre. Keinesfalls vom Eingangsbereich bzw. Treppenhaus abschrecken lassen. Eben Altbau, aber geräumig und sauber. Wenn man die Wohnung betritt ist alles i.O. Wir hatten den Eindruck, das die Wohnung ziemlich neu ist, entsprechend die Sauberkeit. Top renoviert, keinerlei Fußboden ächzen und knarzen. Entgegen der Beschreibung gab es auch einen Fön. Bei uns stand das Auto die ganze Zeit in der Garage. Öffnen kann nur der Vermieter, ist aber kein Problem, der war immer gleich da. Praktische Hinweise: Haltestellen U2 und U4, fußläufig ca. 5 min., mehrere Restaurants, Frühstücksmöglichkeiten bzw. Imbisse in der Nähe, Supermarkt Billa quasi vor der Haustüre mit tgl. frischen Brötchen, Wurst und alles für den tgl. Bedarf. Alle Schlafräume, sowie die Küche/WZ haben eine Klimaanlage; u.U. wichtig für die Sommermonate!! Es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer und ein 1 WC(getrennt), bei 5-er Belegung u.U. etwas knapp. KEINE Kritik nur Hinweise!! Uns waren die Betten zu weich. Bei Belegung mit 5 Personen ist zu wenig Geschirr(Teller, Besteck, Gläser) vorhanden. Ein Nachtkästchen o.ä. neben dem Bett wäre gut(Wecker, Handy); wir haben uns mit den Stühlen aus der Küche beholfen. Ebenso wäre eine Ablage/Regal im Bad (Brille, Kulturbeutel, Schmuck, Uhr) nicht schlecht; sowie Handtuchhalter. Wir hatten Saughacken dabei die gut gehalten haben.

• Ilona (10/5): Szép, tiszta, modern, tágas szállás, a belvároshoz közel. - A környék szép, rendezett, tiszta, közel van a metróhoz és a belvároshoz. A lakás modern, tágas, tiszta, kényelmes. Aki tömegközlekedéssel közlekedik, annak kiváló. A hirdetésben kétszer is ki van emelve, hogy parkolás megoldott. Ez viszont nem így van. Magunknak kellett gondoskodnunk parkolóhely találásáról, a hirdetésben szereplő ár többszöröséért. A WC-ben és fürdőszobában nagyon hasznos lenne egy kis tároló vagy ruháknak akasztó. Ugyanígy az ágyak mellé éjjeli szekrény.

• Kimmo (8/5): Viihtyisää ja tilavaa yöpymistä - Sängyt ja liinavaatteet/pyyhkeet olivat mainiot ja huoneisto erittäin siisti. Sijainti on nippa nappa kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Paksut seinät eristävät ääntä hyvin. Talon julkisivu ja porraskäytävä ovat karmeassa kunnossa, mutta eipä tuo nyt paljon haittaa kun itse huoneisto on rempattu. Kahvia voi keittää vain kapselikeittimellä ja leivänpaahdin puuttuu. Erillisessä WCssä soisi olevan pyyhkeelle jonkin ripustusmahdollisuuden. Lämpimän veden tuloa sai odotella ja suihkun hana oli termostaatiton, tosin yksiotesellainen. Toivoimme saavamme huoneiston käyttöömme klo 13:30, mutta se onnistui vasta tuntia myöhemmin. Hissiä ei ole joten pari kerrosväliä sai reippailla portaissa.
• cristina (9/5): Appartamento curato e con tutti i servizi necessari - L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in venti minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova un supermercato. Nello stesso stabile si trova l'ufficio del proprietario a cui abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli essendo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in. Ho apprezzato molto aver trovato le capsule per il caffè. L'appartamento è fornito di saponi e detersivi per la cucina. Consiglio solamente di aggiungere una tovaglia per eventuali pasti e qualche asciugamano in più. Giudizio complessivo: ottimo!!!!
• Asaf (10/5): - הבעלים של הדירה היה מושלם! כל בעיה שהעליתי מייד סייע. הבת שלי נדרשה לנוע עם כסא גלגלים ששכרתי בוינה. ביקשתי מקום להשאיר את הכסא כדי לא להעלות לדירה ונתן לי מפתח למקום למטה. היה צורך להחזיר את הכסא ביום למחרת ונדרשתי לטוס חזרה והתנדב להחזיר את הכסא גלגלים עבורי. מארח מושלם! מעבר לכך הדירה מאוד מרווחת, המיטות נוחות. יש 2 חדרים עם 5 מיטות. המקלחת נהדרת ויש תחושה מרווחת. המיקום נהדר ברובע 2 כ 25 דקות הליכה מהמרכז וקרוב למטרו. הכל מאוד נוח

• Kordula (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert, blitzsauber und gute Anbindung mit Bus, Tram und U-Bahn. - Alles blitzsauber, sehr gute Ausstattung insgesamt, komplett ausgestattete Küche, neues modernes Bad und separate Gästetoilette. Viel Schrankplatz, gute Matratzen. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Lediglich im Bad wäre eine zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetika etc. sinnvoll, das haben wir auch dem Vermieter mitgeteilt.

The location is also great! The host was also very easy to reach and communicate with.

• Malika (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. The location is not far from the city center, and it’s easy to walk there. The host was very polite and responded quickly. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. there were no tea cups, so we had to use water glasses, which made drinking hot tea a bit inconvenient.. But it’s not a big problem
• Miroslav (9/5): Great place to stay in close vicinity to city center - Renovated apartment, looks like just built from inside. Kitchen are, decent bathroom and rooms with separate beds. Entrance to building is scary. At first we had to doublecheck if we are at correct address as it was surprise where we should go inside. Once stood in front of appartment all was good.
• Miroslav (1/5): Bad - After booking was successfully done they sent me a message that the apartment is not available and I need to cancel the reservation. When I refused to do that they sent me another message that booking.com wanted me to cancel it. Well I filed a complaint with the booking.com and got refunded.
