- André (9/5): - Apartamento super bem localizado, completo, o host é super solícito! Cozinha completa com utensílios, máquina de lavar louça e roupas, cafeteira, tostadeira... Só melhoraria o chuveiro, que nao sai muita água. De resto tudo perfeito!
- Doris (6/5): Tolles Haus, es besteht Handlungsbedarf. - Super zentrale Lage. Trotz des Verkehrs ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Im Großen und Ganzen hochwertig und schick ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer hat an jedem Bett nur eine Steckdose, ein Mehrfachstecker wäre also toll. Die Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa muss dringend erneuert werden. In der Küche fehlt es an Ausstattung. Es war z.B. nicht mal ein Lappen zum wischen da. Wenig Geschirr und keine Küchenrolle. Töpfe und Pfannen alt und nicht sauber. Das Bad, tut mir leid, dreckig und größtenteils kaputt.

Close to old town and many good restaurants and cafes. Very close ro tram and metro stations. Building itself and apartment make you feel good. Cosy and spacious apartment. The sound of the air filter in the bathroom. Very loud. I didn’t like the pressure of the water as well. I didn’t enjoy my shower sessions. There’s a problem with the switch button on the bathroom mixer. Water is coming from both hand shower and the shower head at the same time and I can not control it. I like to have more hangers for my clothes and towel inside the bathroom.

The TV needs to be replaced; it lags a lot, and watching YouTube is problematic. 2. There is no shoe cabinet, and after the snow, there was nowhere to put shoes. The floor was just covered in puddles, and there was nothing to wipe them with.

- Jana (7/5): Preis-Leistung ok, aber verbesserungswürdig. - Tolle Lage und zu viert recht günstig. Der Check-in war flexibel und unkompliziert. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr bequem Die Ausstattung ist deutlich abgenutzt, die Türklinke der Wohnungstür innen ist locker, der Bezug der Couch im Wohnzimmer ist völlig kaputt, die Sesselbezüge sind schmutzig. Die Couch war außerdem zum Schlafen nicht besonders bequem. Weiters gibt es nur einen einzigen Spiegel (im Bad), wir hätten uns einen weiteren Spiegel (zb im Vorzimmer) gewünscht.

- Michal (8/5): סה"כ מקום נחמד, בעל הדירה היה מאוד אדיב ודאג לנו. פראג מהממת. - מיקום טוב, המארח היה זמין, גם כשהגענו מאוחר בלילה. היה זמין, דאג לתקן את הליקויים שהיו במיידי. עזר לנו עם עם חניה קרובה. קרוב לסופר ולתחבורה ציבורית. אהבנו שיש מכונת כביסה עם מייבש. זרם מים חלש מאוד וגם המים החמים לא מספיקים ל 5 נפשות למקלחת. מיטות לא נוחות, כניסה לחניה מאתגרת מאוד, צרה ביותר, היינו צריכים לסגור מראות כדי לעבור. אין כיסאות ל 5 נפשות.

- Anna (9/5): Great comfortable apartment - Very big, comfortable apartment. Happy about the location. It was close enough to the center and public transport. Parking was a nightmare. The host was kind to direct us to the nearest covered parking (since you can't park anywhere on the street in the area as it's all private by permit only), but ALL of the covered garages were full... so we had to park at one 25 minutes away and walk back. It was also pretty pricy for Prague.

The location is perfect—just steps away from the famous Dancing House and close to the river, which makes for beautiful evening walks. It’s also within walking distance of the historic center and many major sights. The apartment itself is very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a family. It has a modern yet cozy design, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is quiet but surrounded by cafés, grocery stores, and public transport options. In short, it’s a beautiful, functional, and perfectly located place to explore Prague on foot. We highly recommend it for families looking for comfort and convenience.

- Zacc (7/5): Excellent location to stay and explore Prague from a central point with readily available transit. - Location was excellent and apartment was quiet even though on a busy street. Lots of space in the apartment. Manager was available to answer our questions in a timely manner. All of the bed pillows were very lumpy, and not comfortable. Replacing would make travelers much happier. There were no instructions from the management for using equipment such as the washing machine. And no instructions for how the apartment should be left at departure, such as where does garbage go, is there recycling. And even though the manager and cleaning lady helped us locate Netflix on the television, Netflix never loaded so we couldn't watch Netflix at all. Only YouTube functioned on the TV.

- Joe (8/5): This site is not too bad for its price but several things need to be repaired - Location is not too good but also not too bad. It's very close to the river and a sightseeing site -- dancing house, but need to take a not-too-short walk to those popular attractions. Luckily walking is also a nice experience for traveling in Prague since the buildings and the river are beautiful. But supermarket is a bit far. Landlord's response is quick. When there's some utensil in shortage, it could be supplied very soon when we sent the request. Hot water for shower should be supplied sufficiently. This site is the only one among the several hotels in our trip that cannot supply the sufficient hot water. Our family has 4 people and I usually was the last one to take the shower. In the 1st night the hot water got run out before me so I had to bear with the the freezing water. When I reflected the situation, the response I got was "it's probably my family consumed all the hot water in the boiler"! -- they said the hot water supply is unlimited but needs to wait for the boiler to resume the hot water... So in the following nights, all of my family had to very carefully control the hot water usage. But even with this the hot water still got running out near the end of my shower. That's really uncomfortable. Some items of the house need repair. The door knob falls off easily, toilet paper rack falls off totally, these made us feel things can fall off easily there. The sofa bed in the living room is not so comfortable -- it bends too much. We would want to see the local TV channels for more Prague experience, unfortunately they cannot be available. We were told it's a smart TV which can only view Youtube and Netflix, but it's not smooth. There are a few bus/tram stops nearby, but for new visitors like us wouldn't know how to well utilize them. More guidances for utilizing bus/tram to tour the city would be better.

The apartment is comfortable, good equipped and clean. Wi Fi is good as well. The contact with the owner is straight and simple. Easy to collect and return the keys. Only two small things in the kitchen - the frying pan is very scratched and there is no corkscrew

- Anna (10/5): Excellent place for a family trip! - Central location close to many points of interest, but at the same time quieter than the old town. Great transportation options between trams, underground and simply walking around. The place itself is clean and fresh, baby cot is offered on demand. A lot of storage, fully fitted kitchen with all necessary tableware (the only thing lacking was there was no microwave in our apartment but that's not the end of the world). An elevator was a big plus for this kind of building but be aware there's a set of stairs before it without a lift. Wi-Fi is pretty good too. A considerable amount of sound coming from the front door in our case - we could hear doors closing in other apartments, but that was not a big issue since both rooms are isolated from the hallway.

- Bohdan (7/5): Good place for a short stay with conveninet location. - Location is great. You lean out from the window you wil see "Dancing house" and Veltava river. Had a little problem with the car - but eventually I've drove it to some free Park and Ride (station Branik ~6km south, by tram 2 or 3 for 30 czk or uber for ~120czk). It's not a quiet place - you will hear some noises from staircase from people coming back from party at 4AM on saturday. But that was on kind-of-expected level. The strongest disadvantage was a sofa in living room.
- Máté (10/5): Exellent, Perfect, clean with a flexible and kind host :) - The accommodation is very well located. The host knew the answers to all our questions and was very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and cultured, equipped with everything we needed to have a good time during our stay. I can only recommend the accommodation, it is unbeatable in terms of value for money and distance from the sights. There's nothing. Everything was perfect and fine. I can't even say bad things about the neighbours because we didn't hear any voices from anywhere.
