- Jamaliah (8/5): Overall stay in this penthouse is comfortable. Quiet place. Security guards are helpful. - The location is near to Johor Bharu CIQ and quiet place. Comfortable place to stay. The bathtub in one of the bathroom is short and not convenient for taking shower.

- K (8/5): Penthouse at Jln Sri Rambutan - Spacious penthouse with large living and dining space. Tub alone in the master bathroom could be a problem for the elderly. A shower is more practical.

- Khair (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, very near good restaurants nearby Manual lock system connected to the electricity supply was extremely inconvenient. There were many mosquitoes at the yard which came into the apartment whenever we had to switch on the main switches for aircon. There was also a book on “Islam and Terrorism” which made us uneasy on owner’s perception of religion.
