Guest Reviews
- Paul (10/5): - Location is excellent. Communication with the property was excellent. It may be an idea to install darker colour blinds/ curtains for sleep assistance in the summer months.
- Emma (8/5): Great apartment close to all the essentials of London - The flat is in a terrific location with Regent’s Park only a short walk away, plus a bus right on the doorstep. The place was nice and spacious with generous rooms and all very comfortable. A few repairs were needed around the place eg broken handle in the kitchen and bedroom cupboards. There also weren’t enough plates, bowls or glasses for the number of people it slept (up to 6 pax). We also had an issue that someone parked in the parking space for the first 2 days, which was frustrating given it was the key reason we selected this apartment & had to find alternate options for our car.
- Edric (3/5): Poor - The apartment looked stylish in the photos, but the reality was quite disappointing. Most of the furniture was old and recycled, giving it a worn-out feel. It's located on the ground floor, with every window facing the street — and to make matters worse, there were no curtains at all. Some of the roller blinds were broken or missing, so light came in throughout the night and early in the morning, completely compromising our privacy.
For a place advertised to host 6 people, the amenities were shockingly poor: only one glass in the kitchen, a single set of keys, and just two rolls of toilet paper for a 3-day stay. When we requested more, we were told they had to be ordered and wouldn’t arrive during our visit.
Overall, this apartment did not meet expectations, was not worth the money, and I definitely do not recommend it!
- Andreas (5/5): Would only recommend this property if you want BASIC!!!!!! They say stylish 3 bedroom, there was not even a picture on a - Not much, The unit was stark and very basic. Was more like student accommodation. The biggest issue was we could not reach anyone .The family arrived with my 85 year old mother. We were given the box code for the key box but there was no key in the box.We tried calling the agent numerous times and eventually after sending a message and after nearly an hour I got a response. There was no key in the box and eventually we discovered the key was put in the key box in the garage.I got a response at 1am in the morning. Then again we had an issue with the hot water and could not reach anyone. The agency can respond but to me this is not acceptable for what we paid.
We were also told to clean all the dishes before we left.Think that’s pretty ridiculous.
- Zuzana (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing. It was Quiet Flat, really comfortable and clean.Tv had everything Netflix,Disney, prime after long day exploring London flat was nice and cosy.Flat had everything you need. I Had everyday email if I need anything help with. Definitely coming back
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (9/5): A cozy place ideal for family and friends to spend quality time together. - Everything was well explained about getting to the property and getting the keys. The bus stop was literally a few steps away, which was great. It was quiet even though it was by the road, soundproof on point. One of the curtain blind was broken in the kitchen, but that wasn't too much of an issue.
- Victoria (8/5): Lovely stay, looking forward to visiting again. - We had a great stay in the apartment. It was perfect for our needs travelling with 2 teenagers. 3 double bedrooms, an ensuite and a separate bathroom and nice Tv area gave everyone space.
The apartment is located only 10 / 15 min walk from Camden Town Tube Station. We all really enjoyed looking around Camden Market.
The 88 bus runs from just across the road and brings you straight into Oxford Circus in 15 mins, so handy. The fact that we could access Regent’s Park side entrance across the road was also great for a morning run.
Communication with the apartment hosts was very easy. We will definitely return.
- William (10/5): Exceptional - It is a fantastic apartment in a great location.- is also close to lots of attractions.
The guidance from the hosts Luca and Alison made the transfer of the property so simple.
Top marks, guys!!
All the family had a great time.
We can't wait to be back in the spring/summer!!
- Ddlrnz (8/5): A good stay - Large and spacious room with premium bathrooms. Perfect location near Regent's Park, bus line 88 go direct to city centre in few minutes. Silent neighborhood. Windows sealing must be optimized, little bit cold during the night but heating is super fast in compensation.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanja (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the flat and would certainly recommend it. - The flat has everything you need when you are visiting London with family. It was very clean and in a perfect location to visit all the sights in the city. The communication with the owner worked very well. Unfortunately, on arrival the keys to the flat were not deposited where we expected them to be, however, after contacting the owner we could solve the issue.
- Shankar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirry (10/5): Spacious bedrooms, big living room, fully equipped kitchen, great location to explore London - Location is perfect next to Regent's Park, easy walk up to Primrose Hill.
Excellent breakfast across the road at Regent's Natural It would be even more perfect if you could supply coffee pods for the machine next time ;)
- Peter (8/5): Very nice apartment - Very nice flat nicely decorated with everything we needed. Was very clean and tidy with good sized rooms, plenty of wardrobe space and 2 bathrooms. Wifi was good. There was a fan in the room if it got too hot, which London can be in the Summer! It's a 2 or 3 minute walk into Regents park, and Camden market is maybe a 20 minute walk away, through the park and along the canal which is also quite nice. The location is a bit far from a tube stop - around a 15 minute walk, but the number 88 bus stops almost directly outside and goes to Picadilly Circus/Leicester square so that's a better option I think. The flat is on the main road, so potentially some traffic noise although we did not notice it all while we were there.
- André (8/5): Great stay would do it again. - Very spacious and clean Nothing
- Lynn (8/5): Large, well appointed apartment - The home is surprisingly large and has lots of natural light. The kitchen was very well appointed with good quality dishes, pans, pots, and cooking utensils. The three beds were all comfortable and had good quality pillows. The showers had good pressure. They provide a ton of towels and some helpful baby equipment too, though we didn't need it. It's clear a lot of thought and money went into setting the place up to be comfortable.
You truly can't have a better location. The transit was right there, with a bus stop around the corner, and the park a block away along with a couple small playgrounds and a basketball court nearby. We loved walking through the neighborhood. We had two big issues - the first was a lack of clear communication about how to get into the unit, resulting in a jet-lagged, exhausted family with young children being stuck outside in a drizzle trying to troubleshoot on the phone. We were told we should have watched a video to find the very well hidden lockbox, but it wasn't sent, and the code we were given in a message to open the lockbox was the wrong code. A very stressful start to the stay.
The second issue was the lack of blackout blinds in one of the bedrooms - the smallest room where one might typically have the kids sleep. The room was BRIGHT all night due to outside lighting coming in. We traded off who slept there, as whoever had that room did not sleep well.
Side note: bring your own toilet paper. They stocked two rolls for a four night stay with five guests. I don't have a problem with buying more, but it was pretty surprising to have the first roll run out and discover there wasn't even one back-up roll in the apartment.
- Saleh (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was exceptional .. Location and cleanliness of the property was extraordinary. I will for sure consider staying here again in my next trip to London Nothing at all
- Kaleigh_k (8/5): Very good - The property was easy to access and to locate. The underground parking was a blessing.
The hosts were quick to respond to any queries we had. Great apartment for families, as it was spacious and centrally located.
- Fiona (9/5): Superb - It was comfortable and gave us a room each as we were a party of three. That there was no tea/coffee supplied like in a hotel room. Especially as we arrived late at night. Think that would be nice a nice touch better than toiletries.
- Nicola (10/5): Perfect - Excellent location, beautiful home in a stunning area just over the road from Regents Park. N/A
- Donges (8/5): Very good - The location is great, a few minute walk to the park and local cafe/ mini mart. Plus a nice pub in the street serving delicious tapas and wine.
The apartment is large and well stocked with all the kitchen items you need and there is a lot of dishwasher tablets, laundry powder and toilet paper for the 6 nights we stayed. We're a family of 5. It's a ground floor apartment on a busy street so if you are sensitive to noise you may find this not suitable. The front door is very sticky and hard to open. As my children said 'if there is a fire at least we can jump out the window'. None of them could open the front door on entry or exit.
FYI, you need to try to pull it towards you using the key and jiggle it to enter. To exit, lift the door by the mailbox flap.
- Amar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olena (10/5): Very good apartment for family to enjoy staying. Lots of useful things are at apartment. Very comfortable and big. - Clean and stylish Evening was great
