• Lay Leng (9/5): Cosy stay at JB apartment - Beds & pillows are very comfortable. Water pressure is good. House is tastefully done up. Nice views from windows. There are table soccer & dart board games. Facilities are adequate. Like the walking track & exercise room. Checking in & out is easy with very clear directions & help from hosts. They responded fast to our messages. Though apartment is located near CIQ, walking there from CIQ is not easy. There is no proper walkway and can be dangerous & inconvenient. Car ride requires a big loop. At the time of our stay,due to Chinggay, there was road closures. We encountered more delays in our journey to & fro the Twin Tower apartment.
• Jessica (9/5): - Only one parking lot within condo. Outside parking is more dangerous and we have more than one car for a 12 pax lodging.
• C (9/5): - In addition to the well-furnished rooms, the condo is conveniently located near a Ramly burger stall—perfect for a late-night snack. There is also a convenience store nearby to get snacks and drinks :) I have absolutely no complaints about the place. It offers excellent value for money and provides a pleasant view of the surrounding area. For this particular booking, I reserved the entire unit, so there were no shared spaces or unexpected annex rooms, which made the stay especially comfortable for families. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with a water filter and dispenser, cutlery sets, as well as extra towels and blankets—amenities that larger families would certainly appreciate. In addition, the property features social rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a swimming pool with a great view. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again with my family when given the opportunity. One point to note is that there is no luggage storage or concierge service available. While this is not the fault of the homestay, guests should be aware that there is no secure area to leave bags after check-out.

• megat ismail (7/5): - Thank you for the accommodations — the place was cozy and spacious, just right for our group. Thank you again for hosting us — we enjoyed the stay overall. * Parking: This was the biggest concern for us. We had a lot of trouble entering the apartment due to the lack of visitor parking access. It was very time-consuming and frustrating, especially considering we are all female travelers. We noticed that there were still some empty parking spots available, so we believe this issue could be managed better. We truly hope you can give serious consideration to improving the parking situation. * Mirror: It would be greatly appreciated if you could add more mirrors — perhaps in the room or near the main door — to make it more convenient for guests. * Washing Machine: We also used the washing machine, but it seems there’s a drainage issue. Water leaked and the grass carpet on the balcony became wet. This might need to be checked.
• Hazila (10/5): GOOD STAY - Parents or older guest were saying that the house was perfect for them as the staff was polite, the food was great and the room was completely soundproof ☺️ I highly recommend this house. They have helped us alot!
