- Steven (1/5): very bad - 1. Everyone should be aware that this hotel charges a very high deposit $350 and they found excuses not to refund or address it. 2. I stayed for two nights in April, paid for two people, but they only gave us one key. The key was very old, and the lock was almost falling off, so when I lost the key at 11:00 PM on the second night, there was no spare key. Even worse, from 11:00 PM that night until 3:00 PM the next day, I made phone calls, left messages, and sent emails without any response. So I couldn't get into the hotel room all night 3. I have communicated with them multiple times, arguing that their key is not worth $350 and asking for a partial refund. Each time, they promised to verify and get back to me, but three months have passed, and they have never responded or addressed the issue.

- Henry (8/5): Very good - Apartment was very clean and easy to get to. Nice and spacious and had everything you need. Easy to locate. Everyone we came across that stayed in the apartments were very nice and helpful.. The beds were very uncomfortable!! I actually woke up with a sore back and shoulder. Would’ve easily given a 10/10 but beds let us down for both hubby n I. Would stay again if they updated the mattresses.
