Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Jason (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, pool table and bar area was great Iles falling off in bathroom, one bed was super uncomfortable.
Sonia (9/5): Absolutely a beautiful place for a getaway - We absolutely devoured the property The view was spectacular 😍 Every single amenity was present as we cooked almost the entire stay. The pool table and the bbq was the highlight for the boys. Loved the French/European style kitchen We did need to bring in our towels and pillow covers which was not an issue at all If we had the time we would have loved to spend more time at this beautiful place. When we are back in Nelson bay we will definitely consider staying at this property again. My baby pup had the best time so much space for him to run around. 2 of the beds were not comfortable The one with the ensuite and one of the other bedroom that was next to the other bathroom.
