• Mohammad Kazem (7/5): War ok aber nicht besonders was wir erwartet haben. - Die Sauberkeit und die schnelle Verbindung durch die Stadt Die Wohnung hatte so viele Mücken die man nicht in ruhe schlafen konnte und wir hatten Stromausfall ganze Nacht und mussten wir mit unsere Kinder eine Nacht ohne Klimaanlage schlafen. Das war schlecht dass niemand sich darum gekümmert.

• Ekaterina (7/5): - Wohnung groß und geräumig, große Betten saubere Bettwäsche. Viel Platz für 9 Personen. Viele Sachen sind zu Fuß erreichbar... Die Lage und die Umgebung der Wohnung.
• Elaia (8/5): Bien en general. - Buena ubicación, a 8 minutos andando del metro de Omonia. Desde allí podías moverte tranquilamente cogiendo un billete de día (unos 4€ y podías hacer todos los viajes que quisieras). Respecto a la casa, era muy amplia y nosotros que éramos 7 personas estuvimos muy bien. Tenía 4 camas dobles muy cómodas y un sofá-cama, además de persianas eléctricas. Una de las duchas estaba atascada y se quedaba el agua estancada, por lo que salía mal olor. Solo se podía duchar una persona porque después se hacía una piscina, pero como había un segundo baño, nos apañamos. Esto es algo que se puede solucionar.

• Víctor (8/5): A highly recommended stay to spend a couple of days in Athens - The apartment was very well located, close to Syntagma. The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean, you can't ask for much more for that price. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to help by answering any questions almost instantly. On the last day, after our check-out, they let us store our luggage in their offices. I recommend it. The area in which the apartment is located is a depressed and dirty area despite being in the center. There were quite a few drug addicts. Anyway, we didn't find it excessively dangerous either, but we were a big group.
• Simon (6/5): Good apartment in a bad area, cheap and cheerful, close to transport connections - Toni’s apartment was fantastic, located on the fifth floor of an apartment building, it had stairs and a lift for easy access. There was a total of 4 rooms in the apartment which were very nicely decorated and the beds seemed to be very comfortable. Because 6 of us were staying we made full use of the two sofa beds in the living room which were also very comfy. The apartment had two bathrooms, which were clean and tidy, and up to a modern standard. There was a little kitchen, with a fridge, cooking hob, microwave, kettle, sink and all the amenities you need. There was also an iron, washing machine and a drying rack. The apartment was nicely decorated and catered for all our needs for visiting Athens. Unfortunately I don’t really have much bad to say about Toni’s apartment, and most of the things I’m going to say are mostly out of Toni’s control. However, the apartment is located quite closely to an area which is left completely in disarray. Because of this, it is home to derelict buildings which house drug users, immigrants and heroin addicts. One evening on the way back to the apartment from the Plaka area, I had to be really careful where I stepped due to the amount of heroin needles on the floor (I must have seen about 150 of the things). Two mornings, when we left the apartment to start our day, people were sat on the step to the main entrance of the building, smoking a crack pipe and were so oblivious to us leaving the building that they didn’t even move. I know that a lot of this isn’t within Toni’s control, I also realise that a lot of this is due to the local councils, mayor and corruption within Greece so I do feel sorry that this may damage a well deserved reputation if it wasn’t for how bad the area is. Maybe some security on the main entrance to the building would be welcome to usher these people along.

• Jurga (10/5): Good value, spacious, but a slight compromise on the location. - Very roomy apartment, comfortable, spacious bathrooms. Location is not the safest, but traveling with a larger group is fine. Would not want to stay there alone or with another female friend.
