• Patrycja (8/5): - Na plus dwie łazienki oraz wygodne łóżka. Lokalizacja również bardzo w porządku Klamka od drzwi była bardzo luźna, jakby miała odpaść, zamek w łazience bardzo się zacinał.
• Tatiana Barbi (5/5): - O apartamento é amplo, as camas são confortáveis. O hostel nos permitiu deixar as malas após o horário, flexibilizando esse ponto. Tivemos um problema na primeira noite: o ralo do banheiro principal estava entupido. A água do banho escorreu para todo o apartamento e não havia ralo para escoar, nos deixando em uma situação delicada. Haviam placas por todo o apartamento informando sobre multas de 500 euros, caso entupisse os vasos sanitários do apartamento. Porém, o ralo já veio entupido, a pia já veio entupida. Tais avisos nos deixaram inibidos, com receio de aplicação de multas leoninas, uma vez que a situação fugia do controle dos hóspedes. A administração se esforçou pra resolver o problema, porém o banheiro continuou com problemas te entupimento e escorrendo água pelo sala, mesmo com o uso de somente a pia. Achamos estranha a forma de retirar a chave do apartamento, uma vez que ela ficava em uma caixa na linha do trem, e não dentro do prédio, o que nos deixou desconfiados em relação à segurança do apartamento. Haviam toalhas de motéis diversos disponíveis para utilização no apartamento, o que também achamos estranho.

Nu mi a placut, in primul rand ca acest apartament nu are perdele si draperii, sunt geamurile goale,pereții trebuiesc zugrăviți, am avut un sejur de 4 zile ne a dat un singur gel de dus de 20 ml de fiecare, am fost 6 persoane, 3 suluri de hârtie igienica pentru toti,cafea nu exista deloc,nici macar pt 1 zi,am cumpărat noi de toate. Jos la parter este un restaurant daca lasi geamurile deschide tot mirosul este in apartament.

Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter lief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann Vermieter und Appartment sehr empfehlen!

• Anabela (8/5): Boa - Localização e limpeza. O sofá cama necessita de manutenção porque está parido num lado e todo na-se muito incomodo para dormir. Faz falta uma torradeira e um microondas num apartamento daquelas dimensões.
• tirza (2/5): - הגענו משפחה של 6 נפשות (4 ילדים קטנים) אחרי נסיעה ארוכה ללילה אחד במילאנו. לצערנו המפתחות לא חיכו בזמן הצ'ק אין. רק אחרי שביררנו ושאלנו מה קורה מסתבר שהייתה סתימה והצפה של ביוב ובעל מקצוע נמצא בדירה. נאמר לנו שיבואו לפתוח את הדירה אך בפועל זה לא קרה. במקרה דייר בבניין פתח את הדלת הראשית ויכולנו להניח את החפצים בדירה. בינתיים גילינו שכל החלק המרכזי של הדירה מוצף בביוב וסירחון נוראי. דיברנו עם אשת הקשר שהבטיחה לנו שהדירה תנוקה אחרי שבעל המקצוע יסיים. בפועל זה לא קרה. נשארו מי ביוב על הרצפה, שאריות של לכלוך בכיור, מגבת ספוגה בביוב בחדר האמבטיה. ממש מזעזע! כאשר התקשרתי שוב לאשת הקשר היא אמרה שהשרברב ניקה את הדירה, ואמרתי לה שזה לא קרה בפועל, אלא מרח את הכל עם סמרטוט בלי חומר ניקיון או סבון כלשהו והדירה לא ראויה למגורים ואף מסוכנת לבריאות. אני נאלצתי לנקות בעצמי את הדירה, לשטוף את כל הרצפה והחללים המרכזיים. בסביבות 22:00 בלילה הגיע מישהו לנקות את הדירה, אבל זה היה מעט מדי מאוחר מדי. לא השתמשנו בחדר האמבטיה, ושמחנו בבוקר למחרת לברוח מהדירה. מזל שזה היה רק ללילה אחד. בדירה יש הרבה שלטים ואזהרות לגבי השימוש בנייר טואלט ושהדיירים ישלמו קנסות על שימוש לא נכון אם תהיה סתימה. כנראה שזה לא פעם ראשונה שזה קורה. הדירה עצמה ממש יפה, מיטות נוחות, חדרים מרווחים, ויש לה הרבה פוטנציאל חבל שלא יכולנו ליהנות ממנה. אנחנו מבינים שלפעמים יש תקלה או סתימה. הביקורת היא לא על הסתימה אלא על ההתנהלות לאחר מכן.

• Marcela (8/5): It is fair stay for your money. Over all was okay. - The location was good. The space was correct for the number of guests. The instructions to open the apartment door were not clear and we lost 2 hours waiting for help. The traffic is too noisy if you open the windows.
• Lia (5/5): This apartment has a lot of potential and small touches would make a huge difference. Biggest disappointment was the lac - The apartment itself had good bones. Beautiful high ceilings and spacious. The entryway and courtyard was nice and appeared clean. The building overall was well maintained. Some concerns from the outset- Building specific (the apartment owner has no control of this). The initial door into the building requires a key in order to leave. The stairs are extremely narrow and would be challenging to have more than one person on a stair at any one time. (No crossing people in opposite directions). If you’re upstairs locking the door to the apartment whoever else cannot leave the building unless they have an additional key to get out. In the case of a fire what would you do? There is also a trick to open the door which would have been helpful to know about and luckily we found someone down on the main floor to help us out. The biggest issue was there was no toilet paper in the apartment. We were there for 1 night and heading to a concert with a tight timeline. Our teenagers were staying in the apartment and when we realized the apartment didn’t have any toilet paper I contacted the person managing the apartment on the booking.com website. They apologized and suggested we go to a store. When my husband couldn’t find a store close by that was open which sold what we needed I messaged the person again and was told it was Monday, stores were open. There was no offer to have someone come deliver any or provide a specific store that was close by that would sell some. Zero help. Thank goodness for the bidet. Minor things that would have made the apartment nicer. Some art on the walls. Table lamps (there was one overhead light which was very bright and didn’t help with mood lighting at all). A throw blanket and toss cushions on the sofa. It was just the basics. Also, for the price a small welcome offering as a thanks for booking. A little juice in the fridge or a simple bottle of wine and a loaf of bread. It doesn’t have to be expensive or extensive but something small to recognize the guest chose that particular apartment to rent.

• Anda (10/5): Good stay - Good connected location by public transport for visiting Milano. Big apartment, we were 7, with online check in and online access system. Overall we were happy with the stay. The online access system for the gate and first access door did not work as much as we tried, in the end we had to call the reception and receive instructions to pick up the physical key from the nearby locker (it would have been more convenient to be provided with the locker instructions from the start). However the reception answered promptly and provided instructions, so all was ok in the end. Some small maintainence would be required (eg the doorknob from the bathroom door was dropping)

• Abhishek (10/5): Amazing stay with neat Rooms and fun for friends - The Room was really nice and big for 7 people. It has everything in place in the room. So happy with the overall experience. Bit far from the city center but that's fine it was really good neighbourhood. The hot water was a problem as it didn't come all the time, there was a pause in the hot water availability.

ATTTENTION ))) this flat is not for people, who is not good with modern technologies and cant imagine / what is it - to open a door via mobile phone (((( but it is a perfect for such people as me / who doesnt like to talk with anyone and want just easy and uncomplicated & user friendly check in process .... it is relatively old building and if you have big luggages , it is hard to transport them via elevator
• Lucas (10/5): Excelent house in Milan - The house is very well located with easy transportation to the city centre (trams, 1, 14, 19 just a few minutes away). It's very easy to check in, there is plenty of space in the house.
