• Guest (7/5): Great location but hard to keep cold during the summer heat. - The property was in a great location. The unit is listed as a 2 bedroom but the one bedroom doesn’t have any air conditioning and was noticeably hotter that the rest of the unit. A dehumidifier was in there to try and help but it didn’t cool the room. Only removed some of the humidity
• Shane (9/5): Great stay for a family. - Really great location, close to everything. Lots of space for a family, full kitchen, owner was very quick to respond. The AC in the downstairs doesn't seem to work. It was very hot down there, which made it hard to sleep. Also, the people who sleept upstairs kept getting mosquito bits. I'm not sure how they are getting in. It has to be the ventalation. Also, it was hard to figure out how to get into the place. Once we got it all figured out, it was fine, but you have to make sure you have cell tower service.

• Adriana (10/5): Heart of Milan excellence! - Excellent location close to main attractions. Clean, neat, fresh modern apartment well equipped, great bathrooms with plenty of good pressure hot water! Spacious, good lighting, comfortable beds. Everything was good.
• Esther (6/5): Close to duomo & metro station. Lights not working in living room, shower room stinks - Close to duomo, within 10 mins walking distance & Close to metro station as well. Host is responsive to my queries. Lights not working when we arrived, weird that no one realised before our stay. Shower room in the basement stinks, probably from the drainage. No kettle in the apartment. Pots are dirty with stain as well, not able to wash off after a few washes so we ended up in a restaurant.

• Abdullah (9/5): Apartment Well-Located - It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a very good location near a shopping centre such as Primark. The check-in process is complex. Moreover, the contact line must be improved to function as a hotline, such as WhatsApp or another direct contact number.
• Gunveen (1/5): Below average, will not stay here on my next trip - Location was great Its advertised as 2 bedroom but its 1 bedroom really with another room that has a single bed and no window even. Its like a closet that they turned into a room. Alot of mosquitoes, and the host didnt do anything upon my requesting to take care of the mosquitoes situation. The Wifi was unpredictable. Sometimes it worked good and other times it wouldn’t work. Cleanliness could have been better along with better/comfortable bedding. Also, the host sent me disgusting messages after I put this honest review. They try to bribe you with 15% off next booking if you leave a 5 star review.
