- helen (10/5): Very enjoyable - The view was amazing. Nice modern apartment.Next to train, few minutes from city cat ferry. Nice restaurant and supermarket nearby. Post office next door will store suitcases for small fee if you need to leave them. Well stocked kitchen, loved the jam that was left for our toast. It was above a train track and very busy road, so very noisy. Large balcony but too noisy to sit out. The key safe outside on the bike rack wasn’t very clearly marked so spent few minutes in the dark trying to find it.

- Sara (9/5): Short ish walk to Ferry, though not all stop at Milton. Train station at the doorstep literally. Lots of nearby restaura - Location was great, key easy to find with good instructions. Lovely view and had everything we needed and more. The lifts were great, 4 of them= no waiting. A second key would have been handy. Door lock from balcony to bedroom completely unlockable as broken. Luckily I had some zip ties in my bag which made us feel better.

- Hilary (7/5): Good - The property is accurately described, and it is clean and comfortable, with good utilities and facilities, especially the parking if you have a car. It is in a really good location. I think it is important to identify that this is a key box collection - more information and guidance is required to locate the correct lock box - there are at least 8 other boxes in the same location and it is not easy to identify the right one, so its difficult if you arrive at night and have luggage. Note that there is nowhere to store luggage if you arrive outside the check-in and check-out hours (10:00 - 15:00). There are many things that are positive about this property but I really did not appreciate the additional credit card surcharge added at the final stage - the surcharge percentage and amount need to be clearly described and flagged, so clients can check and potentially avoid places that pass on this additional fee.

Great pool and gym and nice resort feel with the BBQ area What not to like The sun shone the temperature was lovely and China Sea restaurant and The Indian Room restaurant were top class and Society great for morning coffee and of course the train really was 1 minute away AND ALL THIS started th day the airport opened after Alfreds blast through the state

- Giles (4/5): Suitable accommodation for short stay and attending games at the nearby stadium. - The accommodation was clean and well presented. Facility provided was convenient for short stay. View from balcony was stunning and refreshing. My recent experience during my stay at Cityview apartment located in Brisbane from Friday 9th - Sunday 11th August. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations, and I believe it’s important to bring a few issues to your attention.
Initially, I found the process of allocating keys to be quite confusing. It was surprising to have to retrieve the keys from a bike rack when there was a reception available at the property. This not only made me feel uncomfortable, but it also gave the impression that I was not entering a professional hotel accommodation as expected from a booking; instead, I discovered it was an Airbnb property.
Additionally, while using the kitchen facilities, I encountered an issue with the hinge under the sink, which came loose. I was charged $80 for what was labeled as damage, despite this being an unintentional incident. I felt quite victimized as my inquiry about this matter did not receive a satisfactory response. When I expressed my concerns, the reply suggested I might be at fault, which I found disheartening.
I believe that maintenance issues, such as wear and tear on kitchen fixtures, should be addressed as part of the property's upkeep, especially considering the constant usage by guests. This experience has left me reconsidering the kind of accommodations I choose in the future.
I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that my feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

- Cheryl (10/5): Clean, convenient, enjoyable place to stay and use as a base for exploring Brisbane or attending events. - Great location with very close access to the Suncorp stadium and public transport. There are a variety of quality options to eat and drink in Milton or nearby suburbs of Paddington and Rosalie are a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped if you want to cook yourself. It was clean and spacious and even though it is next to a train station and main thoroughfare it was not noisy. Communication was excellent with quick and friendly responses to questions. Check in and parking instructions were detailed and helpful.
