• Dalisay (7/5): Good - Great location, about 2 blocks from tram station (line 14 to/from Duomo) and about 10 minutes walk to metro train station (S. Agostino ) - line to/from Milan Centrale. Also nearby is a nice grocery store and fruit/veggie shop. The owner of the property gave clear instructions by email via Booking.com on how to self check-in and out. The place is smaller than what I expected from the photos provided. I keep hitting my head on the ceiling when I got up from my side of the bed. The capacity of the lift in the building is 3 persons but my husband and I were struggling to fit in. There was no previous information regarding payment of Tourist Tax which was 6.30 euros per person per night.

• Ellie (8/5): Amazing!! Completely recommended. - The apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. It was well presented, clean and perfect for our city break. Great value for money and Alice was great with communication. The location was absolutely perfect, super close to the city centre and canals. Close to transport links and great restaurants/shops. To our knowledge there was no extra toilet roll to the one roll provided. It wasn’t an issue as we were able to buy some from the near supermarket. The check out process seemed convoluted due to having to unlock the entrance and walk back up the stairs to put the keys in the lockbox by the door.
• Karley (8/5): Good Stay, lovely location, apartment and host - Very clean, host was lovely & good location. Facilities were good and good value. Very small lift to get up, which needed a key, was quite hard to get our stuff up to the top floor due to this. Only fitted one suitcase and one person. Also the bed was broken and being held up by a wooden plank thing which hurt my back in my sleep as it dipped in the middle. Low ceiling, my friend hit her head on it getting out of bed both mornings

• Patricia (7/5): Pricey and small - Clean and well situated The apt is tiny. The bed is under a low slanted ceiling. Very hard to get out of and move around. Kitchen stools wobbly and difficult to use. Tiniest elevator ever. Could have more helpful user manual
• Gamble (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great less than a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and a short walk to the closest tram stations to get you to the central .
