- Cathy (6/5): Over priced. Expectations were not met. Disappointing - We loved the fireplace greeting you in the lobby. The attached restaurant was sumptuous and luxury old school with a fine dining menu available. Staff were good, although it felt a little like pantomime in terms of the over practise check in Speel. Absolutely not worth the $700 a night price mark. There was signs about the room with charge costs of more coffee pods available $2 or if the glass water bottle was misplaced $20 replacement. Then the email I got back after requesting two banana put in our room ( we arrived at 1030pm from Australia ) so we had something available to eat- I was asked $35 for a fruit basket. It all felt like they did not care they were already being charged far too much money for the standard room that didn’t even come with breakfast or more than just ONE single baby bottle of moisturiser. It felt like they were not at all gererous of wanting to give the guest anything extra, go the extra mile or win us over at all. The gym was basic and temporary, the balcony in our room was a view of dumpsters, tramps and a dirty laneway. The shower in the bathroom was just a low pressure single head shower spray. We were very disappointed. Moves to the Sutton Hotel after 3 days and loved it there.

- ErezEzra (10/5): A refined and comfortable stay with exceptional service in one of Vancouver’s most charming boutique - Our stay at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa was exactly what we hoped for elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of Vancouver. The hotel has a warm boutique atmosphere, beautiful interiors, and exceptional attention to detail. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and the room upgrade made the experience even more special. Bacchus Lounge added a classic, sophisticated touch to the evenings, and the overall service felt personal rather than corporate. A perfect mix of luxury, charm, and comfort. We would absolutely stay again. Very little to complain about overall. If anything, the gym and wellness facilities could be slightly larger, and some areas of the hotel feel more classic than modern — but that is also part of the hotel’s charm and character.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the room was comfy and well sized with a balcony and lovely park view and room service was amazing. The restaurant on Michelin recommended and has fabulous food.

From check in to drinks, everything was superb and seamless. The room was incredible, large, clean, beautiful decor and loved the welcome note, waters, biscuits and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly professional but super friendly and so helpful. Nothing !

Upon arrival greeted for check in by Ryan who unfortunately for us was not working when we checked out. Loved the evening cookies delivered to the room daily. Made our stay in Vancouver memorable. Perfection, can’t improve on that.

- Linda (10/5): A Luxurious experience- All in one place - Beautifully decorated property and wonderful welcome from staff. The dining room meal was excellent and we enjoyed the ambiance of live piano and singing. Breakfast was also delicious and all staff were friendly and attentive. It’s really lovely. I cannot think of anything.

King bed in our room worn and dipped. The concave mattress unfortunately affected my partner’s strained back. The mattress in 603 requires replacement.

For one, the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism. Loved the ambiance. The lounge and restaurant were outstanding with excellent service and wonderful food. Nothing at all.

- Rebecca (7/5): Comfortable hotel in a very central location to use as a base for a few days. - Very comfortable bed. Good size rooms. Central location. Quiet hotel. Very nice staff. Clean. Spa facilities (small steam room only) were not as extensive as they should be to warrant being called a "spa hotel" even if massages offered. Couldn't get into the restaurant / bar on 4 occasions over a 3 night stay as it was too busy which isn't great when you're a guest of the hotel.

В объекте размещения понравилось ВСЕ!!! НО … Вне объекта когда ты на балконе и не в VIP “пространстве»-то каждый,каждый день наблюдаешь мимо пробегающих КРЫС! И хотя именно отель к этому напрямую отношения не имеет но и мер не принимает что б защитить взоры гостей от такого неприятного зрелища.А вдруг они что то утащат?!?! Шучу!!! А может и нет…

- Andrew (10/5): So looking forward to returning to Vancouver, and especially a stay at the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa - Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top quality and our room was spacious and well equipped. The lobby and bar/restaurant are comfortable and cosy places to relax. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we next return to Vancouver. We highly recommend.
