• Lydie (7/5): Malgré ces désagréments, nous avons passé un très bon séjour - le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme , la place Saint Marc et le bateau pour l'aéroport sont facilement accessibles à pied. L'immeuble est calme. la porte de la douche n'est toujours pas réparée; le canapé-lit n'était pas ouvert alors que nous avions réservé pour trois personnes; de plus, il n'y avait que 2 petites couvertures légères pour 2 grands lits, impossibles à border. heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas froid. L'éclairage extérieur ne fonctionne que dans une partie de l'escalier, c'est dangereux Nous devions gérer les poubelles: soit attendre les éboueurs entre 8h et 10h, soit aller déposer les sacs (pas les mêmes selon les jours de collecte) à petite distance entre 6h30 et 8h30. pas pratique quand on est en vacances. Il n'y a pas d'endroit où déposer les bagages avant ou après les horaires d'arrivée et de départ et Antonio n'a jamais répondu à nos interrogations à ce sujet.
• Helen (7/5): Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood - The location is excellent, and the apartment is spacious with great potential. It’s a quiet neighborhood, just two streets away from the heart of Venice, yet surrounded by charming local bars, restaurants, and shops right around the corner. Many small things didn’t work as expected — the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, and neither did the kettle. The shower unit also wasn’t great. Antonio tried to help with the Wi-Fi and kettle, but unfortunately nothing was resolved. We were also asked to send our passports over WhatsApp for registration and to return the key to a box, which felt a bit unsafe. Overall, this could be a fantastic place if a few small fixes were made to improve the guest experience.
• George Andreadakis (8/5): Οικογενειακές διακοπές στην Ιταλία - Μείναμε για 4 βραδιά σε αυτό το κατάλυμα . Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή γιατί βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο δρόμο αλλά πολύ κοντά στον δρόμο με τα μαγαζιά και τον κόσμο που κάνει βόλτα . Το διαμέρισμα έχει ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, και ένα καναπέ που ανοίγει και γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι το οποίο κάθε φορά που γυρνάγε κάποιος πλευρό έκανε θόρυβο. Το μπανιο πολύ μικρό και η κουζίνα επίσης . Υπήρχαν τα απαραιτητα σκεύη για ένα φαγητό κουζίνα, εστίες υγραερίου, ψυγείο . Το σπίτι ειχε δυο a/c που πραγματικά χρειάστηκαν γιατί η υγρασία στην Βενετία είναι απίστευτη . Γενικά είναι ένα σπίτι παλιό ανακαινισμένο , εσωτερικό με σκάλα και μια μικρή αυλή . Δεν μας άρεσε ότι εκτός από την πρώτη μέρα το wi fi δεν δούλεψε ποτέ . Η είσοδος ο διάδρομος και.η αυλή του σπιτιού θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο φροντισμένη και να δίνει μια καλύτερη εντύπωση στον ταξιδιώτη. Να είχε ένα ρολό κουζίνας και ένα νερό στο ψυγείο για αρχή, γιατί η διαδρομή για να φτάσεις είναι σχετικά μεγάλη και περνάς και πολλές γέφυρες με τις αποσκευές οπότε ένα νερό θα ήταν ότι πρέπει . Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ετριζε . Χρειάζονται οποσδηποτε σιτες για τα κουνούπια για όποιον δεν μπορεί να κοιμηθεί με a/c.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great location, nice place, good comms from the host.no complaints - Great location, tidy, clean. The outside are could be beautiful with a little attention. It was all fine. Shower door could be better.
• Diego (8/5): Apartamento auténtico y tranquilo - Situado en un barrio auténtico, muy tranquilo y agradable, relativamente cerca de todo. Recomendado para ir en familia, con 2 niños. Antonio nos ayudo en todo, muy amable.

• Anonymous (10/5): Lovely. Perfect for three people. - The location was great. Very quiet! An easy walk to everywhere. Beware, if bringing large suitcases, that it's a number of bridges you have to traverse to get there from the nearest vaporetto stop (Fondamente). One small thing: there was no extra toilet paper in the apartment. A bit of a surprise in the night when the first roll ran out :)
• Caitlin (9/5): Sweet, quiet apartment with a nice outdoor patio and big primary bedroom. - Wonderful location - close but quiet. Really nice outdoor patio area. Very few stairs to the apartment. Beautiful terrazzo floor, big rooms, well appointed. Lovely host. Would stay again! Not a lot of negatives. Mosquitoes - but that's Venice not the apartment. The primary bed wasn't great but wasn't terrible either.
• Pavel (7/5): Good - A spacy place like at pictures, with all kitchen utensils necessary. The couch is unfoldable, so it is a two-bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people. The floor was very cold already in October, when it was +20 outside. Despite charging us 50 euro for cleaning, the landlord asked us to clean garbage ourselves. I understand that pricing model was probably a marketing trick, but anyway. He sent us to a square where there was no bins suitable for a pizza box, so we were forced to leave it on top of one. The apartment is near a strategic channel connecting the lagoon with the Grand Canal. So despite being generally quiet, the place features boats constantly passing nearby, if you are noise-sensitive. Though I am experienced with boilers at places without hot water, this one was hard to find a sweet spot for warm water at. The door to the bedroom did not close properly.
• Francesca (9/5): It was very nice except for WiFi issue. - Location and space was great. Near where we needed to be. Nice little kitchen. Courtyard is great. Wi-Fi NEVER worked. Antonio said he would fix it but never did.
