The host Andres is very thoughtful and accommodating No one at the front desk speaks English so it was challenging trying to check in because I don't speak any Spanish.

Good communication throughout and he was helpful to resolve any issues. ( received cash payment in person when online payment did not workout, ordered water for our stay and provided a contact for potential day trips) The location was Fair - Good if you wanted a quieter time away from traffic and people to relax. ( Host may have other property closer to the main area with access to more amenities) Used Uber or taxis to get to other main areas or sites like Minca or Tayrona Park. Property has security guards at front entrance and beach access. Cleaning staff constantly maintaining property keeping it in very good condition. Small market on site Small mall with restaurants and supermarket a short taxi ride away. Apartment owned and/or managed by other than the Samaria Club so check in and payment not done at or through front desk. Contact done through booking.com messaging and WhatsApp with host * be prepared to make payment in cash if credit card company does not allow payment through Colombian online payment system due to 2 step authentication especially if you don’t have access to home phone number data plan (we were using E-sim to save paying an arm and leg ) * Have to register and pay for wristband at front reception to access property and use services such as pool, beach access etc. QR code for online reservations such as jacuzzi, pool tables , saunas etc. Front desk person seemed to be bothered and not to friendly by our questions about how to use ( first time ) system. Other staff ( pool lifeguard and beach guard ) were more helpful in explaining and showing us how to use. read fine print of listing
