• Kateryna (5/5): - Kitchen The bed was for one person. Single size. But we booked to 2 person. Could sleep in this bed, do had to leave hotel immediately. The rest is fine. For one person in ok for this price.
• Federica (2/5): - La pulizia La disponibilità ad accontentare le richieste; gli ospiti in camera eravamo 4 e gli asciugamani dati soltanto 3; non c'erano utensili da cucina sufficenti per tutti gli ospiti della casa; i bicchieri non sanno nemmeno cosa siano; il bagno al piano superiore, per quanto riguarda la doccia, era impraticabile; in camera non vi era nessun armadio dove poter poggiare la roba; i letti non erano come da foto, e scricchiolavano in un modo assurdo; il cuscino, se così lo possiamo chiamare, era uno a persona e fine come una sottiletta.

• Laura Mariana (9/5): - The location was convenient and easy to access. Although the bathroom was shared, it was clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the staff’s understanding and flexibility, especially considering the time of our arrival. It was very helpful that we were allowed to leave our luggage for a short time on the morning of check-out. We also had a double room and didn’t have to share it, which was a big plus. The only minor downside is that the bathroom is shared, which might not suit everyone’s preferences, but it was clean and well maintained.

• Przemysław (5/5): Lokalizacja fajna, pokoje i łazienka zaniedbane. - Świetna, bardzo cicha okolica, super lokalizacja (kilka minut do stacji metra) oraz cena. Niestety, pleśń w łazience, pęknięte kafelki na podłodze i wszędzie pełno kurzu w pokoju. Łóżko bardzo skrzypiało, a ściany bardzo cienkie, więc słychać było każdy krok innych gości w środku.

Shower was cramped and had nowhere to hang a towel. Power went out twice in one night because the outlets can't handle guests devices apparently.

And the complementary toiletries and towels were a great addition. The beds were clean. The molding in the downstairs bath. The broken tile in the upstairs toilet room. The upstairs shower doesn’t have a handle for the towel or clothes…. And the pillows are super thin.

• Lucie G. (7/5): - Ubytování bylo blízko metra a do centra to bylo asi 15 minut, což bylo skvělé. Samotný pokoj byl v pohodě, postel docela pohodlná. Zatemňovací závěsy byly super. Koupelna by si zasloužila upravit - byla v ní plíseň, rozbitá dlaždice pod záchodem,... Trochu jsme se štítili. Jeden ručník byl děravý, druhý špinavý.

Ciepło w pokoju, wygodne łóżka, lodówka, suszarka do włosów. W pokoju brak miejsca, żeby położyć swoje ubrania. Jest tylko kilka wieszaków na drążku. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia.

• Katja (2/5): Major safety issues and zero maintenance – Avoid this place! - Location. I strongly advise against staying here. The property is extremely poorly maintained and honestly felt unsafe. There is a leak from the upstairs bathroom that drips directly onto the kitchen table downstairs; despite informing the owner, I received no response. It’s clear this has been leaking for a long time. During a period of wind, even the gutter fell off the building. Inside, the experience was just as bad. The radiators make a constant, hissing and rushing noise throughout the night, which was incredibly disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen facilities are disastrous—5 rooms share only two bowls and two pots, with barely enough cutlery for even one room of guests. The bathroom tiles are loose and moving, which is a serious safety hazard as you could easily cut your feet. To top it off, one window wouldn't open, another was nearly stuck, and there wasn't a single wardrobe to put our clothes in. Do not stay here.

Матрац та подушки були дуже не зручні, диван постійно скрипів, в номері було гаряче, а вікна погано відкривались, кондиціонера звичайно не було. Район де розміщений готель не з кращих у Лондоні, було страшно коли приїхали ввечері після прогулянки з дітьми. Пристойного місця поблизу щоб поснідати чи повечеряти не було.

• Sara (8/5): Sentirsi a casa - La struttura è dotata di cucina e tutti gli accessori ed elettrodomestici necessari per poter cucinare, questo permette di risparmiare qualche soldo evitando di mangiare sempre fuori. Inoltre la casa è estremamente accogliente e sempre calda, la vista sul cortile posteriore è molto carina e romantica. Questa è la mia seconda volta in questa struttura e l’unica cosa che posso dire è che, rispetto allo scorso anno, ho notato un po’ più di noncuranza. Ad esempio nella mia camera (3) molto carina e piuttosto spazioso, era però presente sul soffitto un’enorme macchia di infiltrazione scura e gonfia che risultava anche un po’ preoccupante ed inoltre alcune mattonelle dei pavimenti dei bagni erano rotte e mobili. Unico consiglio per i proprietari, un po’ più di attenzione a queste cose, che con un minimo di investimento potrebbero essere risolte e aumentare il comfort del soggiorno per gli ospiti. Per il resto era assolutamente perfetta e ci tornerei altre mille volte.

The code should be given the the night before arrival as I found the access very difficult as the answering service only responded.

The location is very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to Stepney Green station, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco Express. The single room was very clean and warm, with a shared bathroom used by only one other room. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, towels, and bathroom amenities are provided. Excellent value for the price Nothing.

• Nicholas (6/5): Frequent guest disappointed this time 0 - Location and price though it has risen by 30% compared to August 2025. I have stayed in rooms 1,2 and 3 which all had a table and chair and were more spacious than room 5, the room I stayed in this time, which is airless as it doesn't have a window or any furniture except for a bed, which was, however, comfortable enough.

• Chad (4/5): Overpriced extended stay in East London - The property was close to train station and offers of restaurants and pubs. I felt the bed to be comfortable and the downstairs bathroom to be nice. The kitchen was equipped with a spacious fridge and everything needed to cook meals. The upstairs shower was way too small for use by anyone. I did not have a trash can in my room for most of my stay. The washing machine and dryer was always full with sheets from the previous days. And no fault to the hosts, but my food from the shared fridge was used by other guests. It was a bit overpriced for what I received.

La possibilité de cuisiner et le frigo c'est très utile La lumière du jour nous a réveillé tôt, prévoir des masques pour mieux dormir! Notre chambre double n'avait pas de possibilité de rangement pour les vêtements. Heureusement que nos sacs à dos n'étaient pas trop grands ni trop chargés..on a fait avec les cintres qu'il y avait . Dans la salle de bain, l'eau chaude allait et venait et nulle part pour poser ses vêtements pour se doucher, ça mériterait un petit portant ou des crochets... La vaisselle est très limitée (et parfois sale)...juste une petite paire de ciseaux serait bienvenue. Ce sont seulement des petites choses à améliorer, on y reviendra si on devait de nouveau visiter Londres !
