• Jos (6/5): Leuk voor studenten, niet voor gezin. - Locatie. Bij metro en voor parkeren. Te oud om echt schoon te krijgen, schimmel en rioollucht in badkamer. Kussens en dekbedden van slechte kwaliteit. Entree voor voordeur bijzonder.

• Marija (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very well organized. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, even thoughtful details like coffee, sugar, salt, and other kitchen essentials. The location was perfect — the metro station was just a 2-minute walk away, and there was a grocery store nearby, which was really convenient. We only had a small misunderstanding about the parking — it turned out that it wasn’t included in the price, so we paid €30 for one day in a nearby garage. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The host was very kind and helpful, and communication was smooth and easy. We stayed in Vienna for three nights and truly enjoyed our time there. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!

• SENCEY (10/5): - Tesisin konumu harika U1 metro hattına çok yakın ve ziyaretw edilecek heryere sadece 10 dakika içinde ulaşım mümkün. Ayrıca tesisin size sunduğu mutfak, pişirme ekipmanları, lkahve çay vs muhteşem. Çok memnun kaldık.

• Nikolaienko (7/5): Загалом, хороше помешкання - Апартаменти були чисті, було все необхідне на кухні, але ми все одно брали своє, постільна білизна була біла і чиста, але із синтетичних тканин, рушників було достатньо і вони були ароматні. В кімнатах працювало опалення. В цілому дуже приємне помешкання, добре співвідношення ціни і якості. Апартаменти знаходяться на низькому першому поверсі, це не дуже зручно, в туалеті був запах каналізації, але не дуже заважав. І так як це перший поверх, то дуже чутно було метро, що було прям під домом.

• Kornelia (6/5): - The location was perfect. Right by the tube station, walking distance to shop and restaurants. The flat was easy to locate and the chcek-in was very easy. There was a mold on the bathroom walls, and the ventilation didn't really work. The mattresses were thin and bed frames were broken at the edges. The towels were poor quality, we got 6 hand towels for 4 guests nothing else.

• Simone (7/5): - Molte recensioni parlano di puzza insopportabile del bagno, sì, c'è un leggero odore, ma non è così forte e persistente, è un odore di bagno difettoso tipico di tanti posti e case che ho visitato, niente di estremo, va e viene, il bagno comunque è pulito, la doccia e grande, c'è il phon, vari detergenti. Nonostante non ci fossero condizionatori l'appartamento, trovandosi in uno stabile d'epoca, è molto fresco e non abbiamo sofferto affatto il caldo, almeno per ciò che riguarda il nostro periodo di permanenza. La zona è silenziosa e di notte non ci sono rumori dall'esterno, che si sentirebbero viste le finestre anch'esse d'epoca. Non ha persiane ne tapparelle ma ci sono le tende oscuranti. L'appartamento è antico ma completamente ammodernato: ritinteggiato, laminato sul pavimento. Non ho provato fornelli e forno e non posso riferire, il frigorifero grande, nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Lavatrice e asciugatrice (la cui dotazione non è affatto scontata) nuovissime. Tazze e bicchieri in abbondanza, biancheria da letto e agiugamani di varie dimensioeni di ricambio in abbondanza riposti qua e la. Sì, c'era lo stendino con della biancheria lavata in una delle due stanze menzionato in alcune recensioni, non l'ho trovato un gran problema, comunque nel mio caso le cose erano asciutte. La posizione è ottima rispetto al rapporto qualità/prezzo, a due passi dalla metro, tram e autobus, si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti, grande smart TV nuova, mobili (basic di Ikea) nuovi. C'era il bollitore (ma non l'ho usato). In cucina c'erano dotazioni di base come caffè, tè, zucchero, sale olio e aceto e l'occorrente per cucinare. Il quartiere è multietnico con forte componente mediorentale. Non ho avvertito granché il rischio di eventuali pericoli. Il letto era comodo, a mio parere. Le prese di corrente nella stanza principale sono poche e disposte male, una si trova dietro alla spalliera del letto ad esempio, la maggior parte delle prese erano in cucina e bisognava mettere a caricare i telefoni di notte lì, sul lavandino. Basterebbe mettere delle ciabatte per ovviare a questo problema. Ad ogni modo ci si può arrangiare. I letti non hanno un comodino o mensola vicino come base d'appoggio, una cosa molto frequente negli alloggi, per cui chiederei agli host: ma a casa vostra, avete il letto senza un minimo di comodino? Boh. Quando non c'è spazio basta installare una mensola sul muro. Ho avuto il sospetto che il coprimaterasso (o tutta la biancheria) del mio letto non fosse stato cambiato dopo l'ultima visita quindi fosse già usato, non aveva un ottimo odore, mentre quella di ricambio in dotazione sì. Sì ingresso, corridoi e scale dello stabile sono decadenti come detto in altre recensioni, ma chi se ne frega. Le sedie intorno al tavolo sono un po' rovinate. Trovo scorretto che l'indirizzo mostrato su Booking non sia quello giusto e quello effettivo lo si scopra solo dopo la prenotazione, fortunatamente la posizione era più che buona (come si può effettivamente dedurre dal titolo che indica la vicinanza con la metro). Confermo che il wifi non va: funziona i primi minuti e poi smette (almeno dal mio telefono) e i dati forniti dall'host non erano giusti (ma c'è il qr code sul router). Oltre al bollitore c'era una macchina per caffè che avremmo voluto usare, ma mancava del filtro, ho fatto richiesta all'host inviandogli una foto che mi ha dapprima detto che "poteva andar bene così" (come è possibile??) e dopo mia insistenza, che avrebbe inviato il mattino seguente qualcuno dello staff per risolvere, chiaramente non è venuto nessuno e non ci sono più state comunicazione in merito. Questo mi ha dato fastidio, ci tenevamo a farlo in casa dato che a Vienna un caffè costa 3,50€  e un cappuccino 4,30€.

Konumu çok iyi.Zemin katta olduğunu söylemek lazım sıcak havalarda pencere açılınca direk sokağa açılıyor. WiFi çok kötü idi bunun halledilmesi lazım. Biraz banyo kokusu vardı. Ama çok sorun etmedik.Duvarlarin koyu renk olması ışığı biraz etkiliyordu. Sandalyede lekeler vardı.

Quiet vicinity. Very poor contact with the apartment manager. At first, there was no information where to pick up the keys. Telephone contact regarding this matter only after several attempts to reach us. The equipment of the apartment did not match the description, no coffee machine, no toaster. The biggest problem was the constant unpleasant stench in the toilet, which lacks a mirror and no lighting near the mirror. At first, Wi-Fi didn't work and neither did the TV. I did not receive an answer to my question about the Wi-Fi password or parking fee rules. Only the next day, laconic information via text message with the Wi-Fi password. Damaged entrance door and jammed lock. One radiator did not work.
