- Khalid (7/5): - The best part of the hotel is its location. It was very near the tram station. You can also find places to eat nearby, as well as a grocery store, a Coop, and bars. The host was very responsive to your emails and tried to help you out in the best possible way. The free laundry facility was also very helpful, especially for people like me who had a long stay. A housekeeping facility was not provided for clients with long-term stays. The housekeeping service is available at a cost which was not clear at the time of booking. This should be mentioned clearly at the time of booking so that the person can make an informed decision, especially when you are planning for a longer stay. We also found cockroaches in the room, likely because it was not cleaned regularly. Although we saw them occasionally, we actually threw our food garbage in the bin outside the hotel daily.

- Doğan (1/5): Severe hygiene issues and insect infestation – left after one night and started legal action. Avoid this place at all co - Only the location was acceptable. Nothing else met expectations. The room was in a terrible and unacceptable condition. There were insects crawling on the floor, poor hygiene, and visible signs of neglect. The bed and bathroom were dirty, making it impossible to feel safe or comfortable. Despite booking for 2 nights, I left immediately in the morning after the first night and moved to another hotel. I have also initiated legal action regarding this matter. Photos are attached as proof.
