• Aftab (3/5): could have been better - Bit more clarity that this is like AirBNB and not like regular hotel stay, specially when booked via booking.com it should have made clear that the property is self service that the information was clearly communicated that the property was self service one, if that was know i would have changed, cause i wastravelling with my spouse for the 1st time to europe and i didn't want a self service property, i want to has hospitality one so that we get the full experience
• Janet (9/5): Bertastasse - It was very close to where I needed to be. Very impersonal. I didn't see any staff at all. No room for a comfortable chair.
