Guest Reviews
- Judo (10/5): Comfortable, warm, and surprisingly spacious for London - Everything was great. The bed and sofa were comfortable, the kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking, the washing machine and dryer were handy. Every room had good heaters which worked very quickly - much appreciated when arriving from the cold. The bath was a good size and as a tall person it was great to be able to stretch out! The host was quick to respond to any messages and had kindly provided some comforts like oat milk and biscuits for our arrival. Nothing. The place exceeded expectations and we'll definitely be back if we go back to London.

- okocha (10/5): Very cosy - Nice place and location. The kids particularly loved it.

- Alena (3/5): Overall, the experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. While the property itself was clean and well-equipped, the - The place was clean and had some nice extra amenities. The kitchen was solid and had what we needed. The sofa was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light, which made the space feel open and pleasant. The host was downright rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the beginning. Before we even arrived, he questioned why we were booking the place since we lived nearby—as if that was any of his business. We told him it was just for a quiet getaway, but he immediately assumed we were planning a party. We made it clear that wasn’t the case, but he kept pushing with a disgusting attitude. When we arrived around 9pm and asked for check-in details—my partner was sick and she felt cold in which he said ‘it isn’t cold’—he actually questioned why we were in a rush to get inside. He completely ignored what we said and kept going in circles, ending the call with “this isn’t going anywhere” before finally sending the info. On top of that, he watched us on the Ring doorbell to make sure it was only the two of us, like we were criminals. We felt completely uncomfortable and unwelcome before even stepping inside. His behavior was rude, paranoid, and totally unprofessional.
- Charlotte (10/5): Fabulous and would definitely stay again! - The location was spot on, 2 minute walk from West Ham station, and it didn't take long to get around London from there. The property was clean, spacious, and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Could have easily stayed longer and felt like we had everything we needed. Hosts were incredibly attentive when we had a question, great communication through the whole booking process. TV was hard to use and dated, but assured this is temporary.
- Catherine (7/5): Good - Great location, very close to the train station which made it easy to get around London Bed linen was only left for the one bed. We were a party of three so we needed linen for the sofa bed, but none was left. I did message the host but they said I had not asked for extra linen. If they say sleeps 4 I would expect linen to be left for 4 people.
- Ray (10/5): Exceptional -
- Theofana (10/5): Enjoyable stay, highly recommend it. - It was in a quiet area, 2 min from the train station, very well equipped apartment and also spacious.
- Lukegregs (9/5): Superb - Great location, less than a stones throw away from the station. Very, tastefully decorated, clean, bright and spacious.
Staff were extremely helpful and I was provided with manuals, videos of the property and all info I could possibly need before arrival. Plus, they were very attentive and were super quick to come to my help when I thought I'd locked myself out.
I'd definitely stay again! Nothing to dislike.
- Boglarkatoth (7/5): Our stay had its mix of positives and drawbacks. - The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the station and close to a small park. The street was quiet, which was nice for a peaceful stay, and the host was responsive when we needed help with the heaters. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the apartment was on the first floor without an elevator. This made coming and going with a stroller a bit stressful. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the apartment, and we noticed condensation on the windows, with water dripping down and a damp odor. While airing out the room, we ended up with a mosquito problem due to the lack of mosquito nets, which led to quite a few bites.
The setup of the apartment also had a few issues. We didn’t know that the couch wasn't a pull-out, which made it uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on for several nights. Some basic kitchen items could also use updating, as the pots and pans were worn and cracked on the non-stick surface, and only three mugs meant constant washing.
Overall, a few small improvements could make this a much more comfortable stay.
- Siri (8/5): Good apartment worth your money. - Very close to underground, 2 min walk, quite spacious. Nice kitchen with everything you need. 15 minutes with underground to central London. Nice area, with a nice park close by. This apartment is perfect for a week in London. A bit cold also with the heating on, the apartment is big so it takes a while to warm it up.
- Engetele (9/5): Superb -
- Cathy (8/5): Very good -
- Molndon (10/5): Great stay, value for money - Landlord allowed me to check in early, location was great, literally seconds away from the train station, apartment was well furnished and adequate, will book again :) Nothing
- Terry (10/5): Great stay comfortable & clean , well situated for all our needs , quiet host pleasant & helpful - Location , price , clean No fault with property
- Bing (8/5): Nice and Cosy - - Modern deco and well maintained facilities made it a comfortable stay for our little family
- Location: next to tube station
- Staff are friendly and responsive to all my enquiries - Nothing major but we got some problem with using the hot shower (hot water runs out while we trying to figure out how to use it etc ), but all resolved quick enough and didn’t cause too much pain
- Joyce (7/5): Good - The apartment was lovely, exactly like the pictures, and the balcony doors meant Los of fresh air in the apartment , everything was immaculately clean, and a comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and bathroom For the cost of the apartment, we would really have appreciated a little welcome pack on arrival, even just some milk and a little cake or biscuits to have a cup of tea or coffee
- Catherine (8/5): Very good - Very close to the rail station and a good location for where we needed to go in London.
It is in a very nice and quiet area Information about how to get hot water, but we figured it in the end
