• Diana (7/5): Suficiente para 4-5 días - Es espacioso y estaba limpio. Había gel y champú. El menaje de cocina muy escaso. Una sartén solo muy vieja y sucia. La mesa que había era muy incómoda para comer, era muy bajita. Y la otra barra para comer en la cocina las sillas eran muy bajas. Descompensado.

• Roni (1/5): Wouldn’t ever recommend dealing with the to anyone. - Staff was incompetent. Talked about my booking with them as I needed to sort out the deposit with them, they said they’d call me back to let me know. Then I received a message 1 min before check in time saying they’d call tried call me etc but never tried get in contact. In that time I also tried call them and they wouldn’t answer. So they cancelled it on me and kept the money.
• Piet-Hein (7/5): Convenient apartment to visit London - Nice big apartment at good location to visit Olympic Stadium. Acceptable walking distance to Bow Road Station for underground connection to visit London, and to supermarket and pub. Clear instructions from Rental agency. A bit humid inside. Pretty hard pillow. Towels were in the dryer on our arrival.

• Laura (7/5): Good location, spacious apartment - The apartment fits four people comfortably. It has two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. The location is good, not too far from the Stratford station, and a 15-minute walk from the London Stadium. Check in was smooth and communication with the host was always quick and easy. The pillows were a bit too hard, and the mattresses were too soft.
• Aliesky (1/5): Beware of this scam! - Nothing They scammed me. They canceled the booking saying it had been me, but I hadn't canceled anything. In fact, I had paid an extra 300£ fee on top of the booking. Of course I wasn't refunded my booking fee.

• Scott (4/5): The Toilet, the Key and the Locksmith - The location was good and the apartment was spacious. It's tired - mould around windows, toilet constantly refilling making it difficult to sleep and, worst of all, the lock into the building itself doesn't work - it took us half an hour to get in and even then this was thanks to a local resident. A woman across the street was staring at us like criminals when we were trying the lock - it was very embarrassing and she should be ashamed over her lack of subtlety (not that this is the property's fault, but seriously love, get a grip!)
• Rachel (1/5): Very disappointed. Not what we had booked and paid for. - The location of the key safe. Not very practical if arriving late/raining as it was when we arrived. Bedding/towels were still wet in the washing machine. The 2nd (so called) bedroom was in the corridor between the bedroom & bathroom. Looked like it used to be a cupboard. So not really a private bedroom area. The bedding had blood stains on it. The headboard remnants of paint. The TV didn’t have basic terrestrial channels. Had to sign into an account. The location should have been Stratford as requested at the time of booking. We were very close to the 02 arena instead. Spent £60 on Taxis to get to and from our venue.
• Shaun (3/5): Improvement Required - Good location to Abba Arena. Only 2 dry towels for 5 people. Soaking wet grubby towels hanging over clothes rail in room also in immersion room. Laundry still being dried in drier in main room full of pillow cases and bed sheets. Kitchen poorly equipped eg. Only one wine glass, not enough mugs, dirty rusty oven tray etc. 😫 looking accomodation. Key access to the flat difficult and takes a great deal of manipulation. They do send a video but surely better to change the lock. Local resident told us it had been like that for years. Hot water seemed non existent for showers. Toilet roll holder missing, and only one roll provided and not full. Before you arrive you are bombarded with rules and regulations with massive costs for non compliance giving the impression of a well run competent business model. In present state not value for money. Real shame because it would not take much investment to get it back to a lovely welcoming place.

Lock n - Comfy beds Spacious Clean Quiet, secure gated community Front door lock faulty so spent 20 mins in evening trying to get back in Fresh towels on beds when arrived still damp from washing Only 2 fizz glasses & 1 wine glass for a place that sleeps 6 Barely any basic essentials in kitchen - 3 teabags, bit of coffee but no washing up liquid/kitchen roll etc No wardrobe or cupboards at all in 1 room and wardrobe in other room had no hangers

• Ann (9/5): Clean, well equipped comfortable apartment - Clean with everything needed. Comfortable beds and good location. Very good contact with owner. The locks on entrance and apartment doors were difficult but this has been reported and hopefully will be made good. This did not detract from the good aspects of the property.

• Rhiannon (5/5): Overall disappointing - Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms were good. It was nice and quiet in the property. The lounge kitchen area and hallway were spacious. The hosts were very receptive and helpful via what's app. The location suited our needs for Abba voyage and it was a nice residential area close to amenities but off any main roads etc. I specifically booked an appartment with a terrace and balcony as is clearly stated in at least 2 places on the Booking.com advert. i emailed them beforehand to double check this as it was very important to me and they then said the apartment had neither!! but they had a 'like for like property near by for the same cost and that someone would call me 3 days before to discuss'. 2 days before I spoke with someone who there wasn't another place but I would have a 'free upgrade' if any of their places with outside space had a cancellation but that it would be unlikely as it's this weekend etc. There was a space out the front that could have been a terrace if they just put a table and chairs out there...and moved the sofa out the way of the door. The flat had a double airing cupboard full of wet towels hung up to dry, the washing machine was full of more wet towels etc, AND the tumble dryer was going full whack. There were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms, so we got on and sorted some from the various washing/ drying loads. There was limited crockery as this place is advertised for up to 10 people. The stack of cups were dirty and there was crisps and dust on the floor by the side of the sofa. Overall it felt like we'd been given the housekeeping/ overflow flat - we made the most of it but it was disappointing, especially as my family had travelled from Wales for a special weekend.

• Jade E (7/5): Good value for money, have trip info ready. - Very clean, great location, good value for money, helpful hosts & instruction A lot of information about my trip was required prior to checking in (eg purpose of trip, time date and names of potential visitors) which seemed slightly excessive but a good stay over all and great value for money.

• Amalia (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux dans le quartier calme de l'est de Londres - Ce qui est remarquable dans cette location, c'est le service de conciergerie efficace et courtois même si vous ne baragouinez que quelques mots d'anglais. Le logement était spacieux et confortable avec toutes les commodités proches. En plein quartier est de Londres, quartier intéressant et calme. Il faut absolument que le trousseau de clés intègre la clé de la chambre. Suite à un accident, elle s'est fermée à clé et heureusement qu'il n'y avait pas de jeune enfant coincé dans la chambre. Une personne adorable s'est déplacée pour nous ouvrir la chambre mais je pense qu'elle n'a pas compris que c'est un problème de sécurité que de pas avoir la clé.
• Amanda (7/5): Great location and good value for money - Great location perfect for abba voyage. Spacious flat and good communication on day of arrival. Good value for money when splitting cost between 7 of us. Cleaning could have been better crisps behind sofa bed when pulled out to make. Make up on pillowcases and had to get towels from the washing machine and put in the dryer to be able to use as only 3 ready for us when 7 people staying.
• Bishop (7/5): Gated and reasonable priced apartment - Very clean and tidy. Television needed batteries as well as the clock. Could have done with a little more toilet roll (5 person) 2 rolls. Please replace oven baking trays. Although we had video of key in lock it was still a fiddle
• Jonathan (9/5): Lovely apartment, very well located if you are going to ABBA Voyage! - We liked the spaciousnes of the apartment. That fact that it has 2 bathrooms. Difficult lock to get into the building. Took us a while to open and difficult at night. No hand towels No shower gel No hangers

Large brown stain on top corner of mattress of double bed. Crockery and utensils were unclean. Poorly equipped kitchen, for example no tea towels, no mugs (just very small cups), not enough variety of glasses (only 2 large glasses, which isn't enough for 3 to 4 people) Blind to patio door broken, unable to lift it and keep it in place. Only one bedroom had a fan, recommend one for each room as very hot overnight

• Charles (9/5): A comfortable, affordable stay. - The property was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to splay out my luggage lazily. Location wise, it was somewhat of a walk to the nearest tube station but otherwise the neighborhood was peaceful and close to shops. The shampoo and conditioner selection at the property could have been a little better. Also plates in the cupboard could use a little more cleaning between guest bookings.

• Brian (9/5): Great place to stay in zone 2 - It was great to have the whole family in one place with a whole kitchen instead of 2 different hotel rooms. Trying to get the front door open to the building was kind of messed up. You had to push the door forward while pulling the key backwards and it still took a few minutes to get it ooen.
