And the owners are the sweetest, so if you need anything the will make sure to help you out! I would recommend 10/10 :)
• Bernard (10/5): Good place near to the airport and public transport. - Very friendly owners. Good location. Supermarkets nearby. The TV was connected via wifi to internet, but we could not connect to any programs or services other than Netflix. However, this did not work with our basic subscription which includes advertisements. The owner was unable to solve the problem.
• SAALYK (10/5): This home and the host was amazing !! - This home was extremely cozy, quiet and enjoyably private. This area is close to little Havana and many other popular attractions such as the Bayside Marketplace, etc. The host Monica was BEYOND helpful (with nearby activities and restaurants). The host was also kind and attentive to me and my partner. She made sure we had everything we needed while checking in on us often throughout our stay. I would definitely stay at this home on my next Miami visit!!

• Ilia (1/5): Uninhabitable, Disgusting, and Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid at All Costs! - Nothing. Stay away from this place. I am shocked that this property is even allowed to be listed on Booking.com. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any accommodation. The moment we opened the door, we were hit by an overwhelming stench of mold, humidity, and stale air — like a closed, damp storage room that hasn’t been aired out in years. It was physically impossible to breathe properly in there. The air felt toxic. There were no openable windows, no ventilation, and no way to air out the smell. Within 30 minutes, both my partner and I developed headaches. That’s how bad it was. But it didn’t stop there — the room was crawling with cockroaches and other small bugs. We spotted multiple insects crawling across the floor and walls. We initially tried to stay calm and make the best of it, thinking it might be temporary. But we quickly realized we couldn’t spend another minute there. We packed up and left to find another hotel that same night. We stayed less than 90 minutes, didn’t use a single amenity, and left the place clean and untouched — despite how disgusting it was. When I messaged the host, I received an automated, generic reply — completely ignoring everything I wrote. Days later, still no clear answer about a refund, no accountability, and zero responsibility taken. It is unacceptable and disrespectful to treat guests like this. There is absolutely no way this unit should be rented to anyone until it is fully inspected for health hazards. I am already in the process of reporting this listing to the proper local authorities in Miami for a sanitation and air quality check. Bottom line: DO NOT stay here. This place is not just unpleasant — it is dangerous.

• Patrick (9/5): A PEACE HAVEN - The place is perfect to lay back and relax 😌. The owner is really nice and helpful if you need something. The room keeps really cool, so it is pleasant. No real views it felt a bit like jail with the iron fence.

Not a complaint just a note. We really liked this place- one of the cleanest ever and the bed….. the best.

• Tunna (10/5): Exceptional - Little havana is a really nice neighbourhood. The apartment was lovely, just like in the pictures. We had all the necessary appliances. Check-in was easy. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's good to know: - the kitchen isn't for food preparing. There is only a microwave oven, and it doesn't have a sink. - planes are flying over the house (which was cool for us), but don't worry, sleeping is not a problem because there is almost no traffic at night.

• Marina (8/5): Cute base for Miami trip - Host provided the door code the day before and instructions were very clear. The unit is cute and clean. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. We parked our rental car in the front of the main house and the neighborhood felt quite safe. It was quiet and the small kitchenette was useful for making breakfast in the morning. My friend left a pair of sandals after we checked out and the host graciously held them for us to collect the following day. This is a minor thing - there is no sink in the kitchenette. A little more than minor for folks who need total darkness to sleep - if you are in Apt 2, the patio lights outside are kept on all night (for security I imagine) and although there are blinds in a window, it is hung inside so light comes through on the edges. Something to keep in mind.

• Erika (8/5): Very good - It was clean and nicely furnished. The location is good, bus station is only a few minutes walk. It was very humid inside, our clothes became damp. The fridge was extremely noisy and as the airport is very close the planes were also noisy.

The room was extremely clean, filled with small touches to make you feel at home and there was an abundanceof items for you to refer to, or utlilize during your stay.
