• Ivan (10/5): Ottima posizione, comoda e silenziosa - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per motivi di lavoro. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal Colosseo in una zona molto tranquilla. Stanza dalle dimensioni adeguate, pulita e confortevole. Apprezzabile il kit per la colazione lasciato in camera. Personale gentile e molto disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie esigenze di check-in visto i contrattempi lavorativi avuti fino a tarda sera. Esperienza di check-in molto semplice con tutte le istruzioni necessarie ricevute via messaggio.
• Fatih (9/5): Genel olarak güzeldi - Konum, tuvalet, banyo,yatak, temizlik herşey gayet güzeldi. Kahvaltılık diye bıraktıkları balllar bal değildi, genel olarak kahvaltı olduğunu düşünmeyin. Kahvaltı yok farz edin ve öyle değerlendirin.

The breakfast is very good and offers a wide variety, although I believe it could include cheese and ham. The room met my expectations, except for the air conditioning, which was not working. I would recommend it and would stay again.

• Julia (10/5): - Maison Colosseo is truly one of the best places to stay in Rome. It’s located just a five-minute walk from the Colosseum and around ten minutes from the nearest metro station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s close to all the main attractions. The owner, Dario, is exceptionally kind and helpful. He welcomed us with a warm smile, offered great tips on what to see and where to eat, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. I’ve rarely met such a friendly and attentive host. When I return to Rome, I’ll definitely be staying at Maison Colosseo again. And I’ll be recommending it to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful city.

• yang (4/5): - The pros and cons of this B&B are pretty clear. On the plus side, the location is great – it's really close to the Colosseum. However, getting to the subway is a bit of a walk. Though I only took the metro once, and that was almost at midnight – maybe the closer station had already stopped running trains by that time . The big downside is that the room is super small. It was a bit cramped even for just one person; no way could two people stay there comfortably. Another thing: it's listed as including breakfast, but in reality, it was just a few biscuits, some jam, and coffee. That doesn't really count as a proper breakfast, so charging extra for it felt pretty unfair . I talked to the host about the breakfast. He insisted that's what breakfast is like in Italy. But based on my later stays in other Italian hotels and B&Bs, breakfast should at least include some cold cuts, dairy products, and fresh bread. The host said he doesn't have a kitchen, so he can't prepare more. But if that's the case, why advertise "breakfast" at all? It's pretty misleading
• Ilenia (8/5): Consigliato! - Ottima posizione, vicino al Colosseo. Il proprietario, Dario, è gentilissimo e super disponibile. Possibile anche lasciare i bagagli dopo aver effettuato il check-out. Buona la colazione che si può fare direttamente in camera. Forse la struttura ha delle mure non spesse e quindi si sentono molto i rumori, soprattutto dall'esterno. Per fortuna la zona è molto tranquilla.

They get things wrong all the time and dont make any effort to fix - We booked and had one request only which was for two single beds, we arrive and there is one double bed for my friend and I and then we were told they could not fix this till the next day. The breakfast was terrible, cornflakes and dry biscuits and almost everyday some part of the breakfast was forgotten, ie the bowls to put the cornflakes in, the orange juice. We asked for the towels to be changed because the heated rail did not work, we were told yes they would and then they didnt. It was no end of issues with the service.

• Robert (8/5): Central location without luxury - Great stay for a Rome city trip. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Room service was perfect with daily refill. The standard matches an Italian guesthouse. It has all you need from fridge to WiFi and coffee. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, as trash car can come at unholy times. Some things don’t work perfect, e.g. coffee machine and the shower has very weak warm water stream. The breakfast is typical Italian, it’s worth to checkout nearby cafes anyway.
• Andrea (7/5): It is ok, but there are areas of improvement - Location. Nice helpfully staff Breakfast could be really improved. It is literally a bowl of junk food. It wouldnt be that hard to offer some fruit, or real bread or even let guests have breakfast in the coffee around the ciorner. The bathroom has this awful automatic light that makes the most horrible noise. If you go to the bathroom at night you ll be up for 10 good minutes. The logic behind this light is beyond me. Walls are of paper. I can hear the neighbors kids upstairs run ans scream all over my head and the people in the room nexto mine talk and their alarm going on every 5 min since 6 am

A localização e cerca de 1km do coliseu, distante das principais atrações fora o mesmo.

Que resultó ser caro por lo que ofrecen. Piso planta baja adaptado. Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Ruidos por la noche de la calle y vecinos. Muy poca luz natural. No hay una sala común, lo cual provoca ruido de otros huespedes en la entrada, no hay una recepción. Solo el limpiador de 10:00 a 12:00. El check-in y check out lo haces on line. Desayunos en la habitación con galletas y tostadas estuchadas y de mala calidad. La habitación que ocupamos mal iluminada, ventilación forzada en el baño que emite mucho ruido, luz del baño con celula que tarda en apagarse, ducha con poca presión de agua, las toallas mojadas durante 5 dias. Solo salvaria ubicación y limpieza

Dario was a great source of information about things to do and see. The bed that I had wasn't very comfortable and you could really hear other people coming and going through the common area.

La colcha estaba muy sucia y hacer la cama consistia en volver a poner la colcha estirada encima de la cama, también deberian mejorar la insonorizacion de la habitación

Cama desconfortável, quarto pequeno, uma escada enorme na entrada (ruim para bagagem, algo comum nesse tipo de hospedagem em prédios antigos), não há staff para atender: tem que alinhar horário de chegada com o proprietário, o que é bem chato. Muitas chaves para entrar e sair. Enfim, não gostei. Mas quebrou o galho, considerando que reservei muito em cima e era uma das opções mais baratas próximo ao centro histórico.

• Henrique (8/5): Quarto Limpo e Confortável - ótimo custo beneficio perto do centro de Roma - Hotel pequeno, com apenas 5 quartos, muito bem cuidado e em ótima localização, a poucos minutos do Coliseu. O quarto é espaçoso, silencioso e muito confortável. O anfitrião foi atencioso e sempre em contato pelo WhatsApp, o check-in virtual funcionou muito bem. Café da manhã é composto de cesta de torradas e bolachas, tem leite, café de máquina expressa, manteiga, suco de garrafa para você consumir no próprio quarto, bem prático e com reposição diária. Excelente custo-benefício para descansar após os passeios. Nada foi ruim, apenas a dificuldade de abrir e fechar várias portas com a chave. A minha sugestão é trocar as chaves por fechadura eletrônica, controlada a distância por APP onde pode ser alterada a combinação para cada hospede.

• Sandra (6/5): Should have spent more and found better accommodation - Location is perfect if you want to explore Ancient Rome, especially the Colosseum and Forum. Street was quiet. It was fairly easy to get into and out of the building. Bed was very hard. The "closet" was a poorly situated insert in an opening in the wall that was too big (you could see light around the closet frame). There was some type of machinery working on the other side of the insert and because of the gaps around the closet, it was noisy all of the time. Hot, too, whatever was working on the other side of the closet generated quite a bit of heat. Breakfast was cereal and crackers.

Nos manejábamos sin necesidad de recurrir al propietario y/o al asistente, de hecho el propietario sólo estaba por la mañana y cualquier cosa que necesitase fuera de ese tiempo, se lo requería por celular. Todo bien. Un lugar amable y sobre todo a tres cuadras del Coliseo, lo que nos permitió recorrer bien las zonas históricas de Roma.

Bene l’organizzazione, e le operazioni a distanza ( check in e check out). Utilissime le segnalazioni (ristoranti e luoghi da visitare in zona) fornite. Consiglierei anche la visita alla Domus Aurea, a due passi dalla struttura. Non ho rilevato problemi. Ho segnalato un problema idraulico non urgente nel bagno e mi è stato assicurato un intervento Pensavo che il personale rifacesse i letti.

• Cinthya (10/5): Espectacular estadía y recepción de Darío - Me gustó que Darío respondiera a todas mis consultas a través de wsp y personalmente. Las instalaciones preciosas, aire acondicionado que funciona, aseo en la habitación y recambio de cositas para comer durante toda nuestra estadía. Sin duda lo recomiendo al mil por ciento. Me faltaba nombrar la cercanía a locales para comer y beber y sobre todo a pasos del Gran Coliseo Romano. Me gustó todo.
