• Robyn (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again, once maintenance completed. - Property has a wonderful view and great location near to shops, surf club and beach, however is badly in need of maintenance, These are the issues we experienced: Could not fully pull up blinds on windows of the two bedrooms to let the breeze in, When down with the windows open they could not be locked into place as the fasteners were broken so constant noise as the blinds hit the windows. Cockroaches on arrival however these were dealt with very quickly which was appreciated. Kitchen had substantial gaps in the corner cupboard (which someone had tried to cover up with a baking tray!) which the pest controller felt was the problem. No air conditioning, however we were aware of this so not really an issue. No fan in second bedroom. Door to cupboard where hot water system is housed would not close. Very weak water pressure in the showers, however hot water was good. We have been told that maintenance is scheduled and would love to stay again when it is all completed.
• Grant (8/5): A great break. - The view and location is brilliant. It is cheap and cheerful. No Air con but great breezes. A bit tired but you soon adapt and has everything you need. I didn’t like the non fitted sheets.
• Stephen (7/5): I was happy ,but the unit badly needs some work and a decent clean - Location was excellent,close to beach,very convenient, excellent views,good security,unit layout good,felt comfortable apart from the terribly slow ceiling fan speed,verandah was spacious with good sized table(best part of the unit) Unit was dirty,bedroom screens were disgusting and I cleaned them myself to let more air into the room,ceiling fans hardly spun the motors obviously need replacing,and no ceiling fan in the kids bedroom,making the unit very hot,unit is rundown and tired and needs work,shower takes a eternity to adjust cold and hot water making it very annoying to shower,dryer also takes a long time to dry clothes,it's needs new ceiling fans,dryer and fridge,and a decent clean,I am a professional cleaner and I couldn't believe the filth I found,including the vermon,and simple jobs like cleaning the lights,in draws and cupboards,haven't being cleaned in ages
