- Emmanuel (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and comfortable - It was very comfortable, private and close to the train station and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay To be honest, i did not really fault the place

- Emma (10/5): The Coolest little Pad, in the Southern Hemisphere - So neat and such a cool and comfy little pad, exactly what I needed to zip around town whilst moving etc.
I was so blown away by how cool this neat little apartment for 1 person was, that I would say out of the 40 or 50 air BNB’s I have stayed at around the world … this would be .. the most impressive little joint !
Loved it !
Thanks so much.
Emma Perfectly set up for 1 person, excellent location for city movement … so cool to walk into
Easy breezy booking and self check in.

- Lauren (9/5): - The space was clean and a good fit for my needs Owners didn’t respond promptly to requests
- Richard (8/5): - located close to supermarket and food outlets and two lakes within walking distance close to main busy road therefore quite noisey.
- Melanie (7/5): Friendly helpful host, good location. - Cosy. No kettle. The pans were not great for heating up water for a cuppa. Shower floor very slippy - just needs a rubber mat.
- Youssef (7/5): - Bell'alloggio zona tranquilla e vicina a alimentari e stazione Poca prontezza e un po di freddezza nell'assistenza in certi casi
- Roderick (9/5): Great experience, great value for money. Excellent hosts - Everything you need for a quick stay Stove in kitchen was hard to use
- Helen (9/5): - Clean and modern N/A
- Kingsley (8/5): Good, comfortable, clean. - Location was spot on for me. Accommodation was clean and tidy.
Every thing I needed was in the room. Semi modern. Nothing

- O'Malley (9/5): Marks Review - Very comfortable, great smart TV & Iga walking distance very handy.
Great location
- Karen (8/5): Great little place - Clean cheap great location easy communication and entry Couldn't find crockery
- Eugene (7/5): Good -
- Jian (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (10/5): Perfection thank you once again - Everything Nothing
- Kate (8/5): Very cosy little apartment. - Very central location with self check in. It was a little tricky to turn into the drive way as it was right at traffic lights. Not essential but a Smart TV would be nice.
- Kerry (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (8/5): Very good -
- Sam (8/5): Made my stay very nice and comfy. - It was a nice place to stay for a single person or for a couple. A very cozy and comfy studio apartment to stay in if you are visiting Perth for a few days. Would definitely recommend someone. Next time visiting Perth, I'm definitely gonna look for this place if it's available. I was willing to cook some Maggie noodles 🍜 just for an evening snack, but couldn't get the Induction Cooktop started, Messaged the owner but didn't hear back from him. Would been nice to have a gas cooktop, or something very easy to operate. Other than that, it was a great place.
- Dennis (8/5): Clean and modern studio-style room with friendly and attentive hosts - - Super easy access - door code was the lock and it was provided before arrival.
- Hosts are really friendly and responsive!
- Space is modern and clean, especially the bathroom
- All basic amenities are provided
- Good location if you need to be near Scarborough/Innaloo/Osborne Park area, short walk to Glendalough train station.
- Adequate heating and cooling options - Space was maybe a little tight for two people, especially the kitchenette area (not much space to prepare food)
- Mia (3/5): Not Ideal - The walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the next house. You can hear people's footsteps as they are moving around. Because I was on business I was working quite late into the night so it wasn't ideal to be woken up so early in the morning to the noise coming from next door. Also I don't want to say there was a mouse in the room but there was definitely something a you could hear it moving and scratching at night.
- Mukhtar (9/5): Enjoyable - Comfy and locations Better pillow
- Boota39 (8/5): Very good - Close to train & shops . good shower 🚿 TV needs updating, fan control, no battery, one breakfast bowl ..
- Julie (10/5): Close to venue and family - Location All good
- Pim (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - perfect for introverted solo travellers like myself. N/A
- Nele (7/5): Good - Pretty basic but well done for the small space. There's everything really you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful. Needs a deep clean and mattress is pretty worn.
As described it's located on a busy street. So don't expect it to be quiet. Wasn't too bad at night though.
- Zoe (8/5): Very good - The shower was really good ☺️ I think there is some mould on the bathroom ceiling, but other than that, the cleanliness of the unit was great.
- Julien (10/5): Fulfilling all expectations - All.. proximity, cosiness Nothing
- Cynthia (8/5): Very good - Exceptionally well kitted with everything needed. Love the style of decor.
The map and info guide was great to have. A little small for two people. Access to a laundry was mentioned, but there was no key. I never investigated, but if it is still available, it would be useful.
- Roslyn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bilhalva (9/5): We had a welcoming, pleasant and comfortable stay. - We enjoyed our stay at Studio A. Its location is very close to Glendalough station and some markets. The hosts were always very kind and the facilities were really good. Very good shower and we loved the italian coffee maker. The bed was good, but the pillows weren't that comfortable. The TV could be a SMART TV. The room in general was cleaned but not under the bed.
- Rafael (5/5): Disappointing - The pillows were very uncomfortable, the shower kept flooding and the water went cold quickly. The towel rack was broken and the quilt was synthetic and cold.
- Hayley (9/5): Superb - Has everything you need
- Betty (9/5): Even though we were confined due to surgery we enjoyed staying there for 2 days - We loved this little gem, we were not bothered by traffic noise once the door was closed. We had to stay close to RPH for 2 days so it was ideal. The only minus is, it’s not a smart TV so we were unable to watch sports all weekend. As we were confined to the apartment it was important to us, however it wouldn’t bother most people. The water pressure is amazing, great shower. A smart TV would have been so good for us.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Williams (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional - Very near my daughters house Nothing
- John (7/5): Good -
- Nicole (10/5): Highly recommend this cute, compact and comfortable location with super helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again! - Easy to access
Friendly host
Compact but so convenient
Amazing shower
- Leeane (8/5): Very good - awesome location, super easy to get to everywhere we needed to. can get a little noisey being on a busy main road, but definitely isn’t a deal breaker.
- Sharyn (8/5): Well priced, clean studio with ensuite & kitchen & parking - Easy check in. Good location. Accessible to good shops and nice cafes. Free parking out the front. Felt safe. Bathroom was modern and clean. Kitchenette/fridge/sink was useful. Aircon & fan. Great price.
- Harry (3/5): Poor -
- Cassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Ridgway (7/5): Good -
- Kenneth (8/5): Very good - Very central location close to everything - swam at Scarborough beach ( 10 minutes away ) / good for coffee & restaurants catching up with friends ( 5 minutes ) / attending Leederville Tennis club 100 year anniversary ( 2 minutes ) I was aware it could be noisy and overall it was not as bad as i thought it might be with exception of Sunday night / Monday morning
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to where we needed to be
The shower was amazing great pressure Tight parking and the driveway just by the traffic lights
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Marcos (9/5): Superb - Clean, new and comfortable inside Noise of route in front of studio and sometimes the door was difficult to close from outside
- Chiara (10/5): Absolutely recommended! - Super cosy apartment! Really cleaned and everything you need for a short stay (towels, shampoo, hair drier…) and able to cook small meals (pans, plates, dishwasher soap, toaster etc). Self and easy check-in and park your car just there. Absolutely recommended. Even if with everything you need, it is a small space just be aware. But for our 3 days trip was great!!
- Ceecee (8/5): Very good -
- Hasan (9/5): Really good alternative for solo or couple travellers, lovely and tidy place. - Lovely location, good communication and tidy place
- Shadrack (9/5): Superb - Very nice space Tricky entrance
- Shamara (10/5): Very well priced, and excellent pad to return to at night when out and about during the day. - Studio A is centrally located for easy access to the freeway and other destinations. Thoughtfully aesthetic and modern furnishings and equipment. The studio was very clean, thank you. However the smell of cleaning detergents was strong. Natural chemicals would be valuable for the health of your tenants!
- Suzanne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Valerie (8/5): A nice and comfortable stay close to amenities. - The unit was large enough for two of us, and very comfortable. The decor modern and clean. An easy walk (or bus ride) from the train station and to a supermarket. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. As expected there was traffic on the road which the property fronts onto, but reducing over night.
- Rajananda (6/5): Nice place but some of the internal fittings needs to be changed to make it excellent - The location was excellent..close to the station The mattress needs to be replaced.
The shower does not drain and collects in the tray.
The heater/air conditioner did not work
The bedside lamp too needs to be replaced.
- Rhysatwork (8/5): Very good - It's a cosy and comfy little room. Feels spacious for the size. It's right on the intersection so I think for many it would be quite loud with lots of head lights
. The lock was a bit dicky but the host helped me on the phone and I got in after a bit of messing around.
- Alice (10/5): Highly recommend! - Exactly as described, lovely little studio on a busy road! Parking space was useful as hiring a car was a must for us in Perth. Perfect for a couple who don’t need much space but want somewhere cute, cosy and practical! The owner was also very communicative and accommodating to our need to change dates. Nothing
- Britza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (7/5): Studio good but not a gem. - The location close to the event I was attending. Public transport (both train and bus) only 5 minute walk away. Shopping also close by. The code for the lock was faulty at times until the owner attended and showed how it was to work, this should have been attended to prior to letting. Further, although advised on info sheet, laundry facilities available, they were not, meant a short walk to a laundromat.
- Alanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (9/5): Superb - Location: close to train with easy access to Perth city, local shops, areas for walking eg Herdsman Lake, Lake Monger
- Dash67 (10/5): Exceptional - It's a great little place
- Hayley (8/5): Very good -
- Natalia (9/5): Superb -
- Conor (8/5): Very good - Good location to shops or quick drive to city or beach, nice look to the building and room, shower/bathroom was nice aswell Room was very small
