• Wang (9/5): perfect for group trips - the room itself was nice and comfortable. very spacious. We could watch netflix so that was awesome and the view was also rly amazing the game choice on the nintendo is a little old and outdated, but it was a small problem

• Mohamad (9/5): Comfortable, Safe & Value for Money - Nice high floor unit with an unblocked view, clean, sufficiently equipped especially for those on staycartions with family. Checking in was a breeze, especially with the informative video and pdf provided. A few minutes drive to Senibong Seafood seaside and jetty restaurants, Stulang Food Truck Zone and JB City Square. Staffs were attentive to feedbacks and will respond promptly to assist if required. Had a problem with some water leaking in the toilet and plumbers arrived within the hour to resolve the situation! Nice swimming pool. Didn't get to check out the gym thougj. Maybe next time 😁. Can do with better mattresses and pillows.

• Harsono (10/5): Everything is great - The unit was clean and well maintain. The facilities are great for family stay. It comes with swimming pool and playground for the little ones. The unit also equipped with water dispenser, fridge and washing machine. The overall vibe was great! One of the best place to stay, especially if you come with little one. None
• Noriyah (8/5): Very good - They had a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, water dispenser, washer.. living room and bedrooms all had aircon and fans.. top bedroom can accommodate 5 persons.. so good for family.. bottom floor had another room for extended family.. Some parts not cleaned properly but otherwise overall OK.. previous guest probably didn't pick up their trash before they leave.. nintendo switch cannot on.. my kids were disappointed but there's a foosball table so still OK.. anyway, good for short stay in JB..
• Shi (10/5): Pretty comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. - It’s very spacious and has almost everything. I appreciate that they have a water dispenser within the unit itself. It has a lot of entertainment within the unit itself - console, foosball table and Netflix account. It didn’t have wine opener and the pillow for sleeping was too soft.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy & well-decorated with toiletries provided. Convenience of having water dispenser too! One of the pull-out beds was rather filmsy with thin mattress as compared to the other one... not really an issue for us cos we have enuf beds to sleep in.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the unit and level 2 have musky / mouldy smell, we had to keep spraying detto spray provided. The loft toilet light shine throughh to the master room even thugh all the lights were off. Should install blinds to block light.

• Harald (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located on the 33rd floor, with a view extending all the way to Singapore from the balcony. The location is very central, you can walk to JB Sentral and take a bus to Singapore from there. However, the journey to Singapore takes a lot of time and is quite stressful, which we had underestimated when planning to avoid the high rental prices in Singapore. The windows were closing well, so there wasn’t much noise at night. The building had its own security staff, and the AC worked properly. Overall, there was nothing to complain about; we felt comfortable and secure during our stay. I would also like to emphasize that Edmund always responded very friendly and quickly and gave us many recommendations. Time to Singapore. There is no direct connection, you have to get off the bus, go to customs, get back on the bus, go to Singapore MRT station. But this has nothing to do with the apartment.

For .eg : usage of lift and door , usage of main lock for apartment . Tv screens for upper deck room or perhaps hang for a wall Painting on tv console for aesthetics since theres no tv at lower/upper deck room

• Pearl (10/5): A restful home away from home! - Very smooth and easy check-in on arrival. Hosts got in touch with me immediately after booking was confirmed and were very professional in providing all the relevant information needed. They were also quick to answer any questions I had, so I felt very assured. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. Bedding and pillows were comfortable and shower facilities were on point. The hosts have taken great care in providing an incredibly comfortable stay for our party of 5. It's important that we, as the guests, also do our part to take care of their premises too. I will highly recommend this accommodation! Nothing at all.
• Yun (10/5): 100/10 will rec 👍 - Excellent, responsive & very responsible hosts to a really lovely loft. - my family had different plans so I requested 2 sets of keys- they provided very kindly - upon booking they added me to a grp chat with check-in guidelines and even a guide for food, places of interest ard the area - they provided towels, disposable slippers, toiletries upon request which was hotel standard 👍👍 - the seaview is amazing, love the high class reno style - very quiet at night - got mosquito when we opened the balcony for a while, which wasn’t a problem cos they even provided a electric mosquito repellent - this loft’s upper floor ceiling fan tripped the house’s electricity upon turning on, at first we didn’t even realise what caused the power outage while testing if everything worked- when I texted the hosts what to do, they immediately sent 2 staff down within 10mins to check everything and concluded that the fan was the issue, and asked if we wanted another fan- not a problem for us at all cos aircon, water heater everything worked great. This really showed their commitment - I’ve stayed in hotels that don’t even have their standard so this is amazing for me 👍👍 - water heater very hot and great water pressure - lvl 37 has a well equipped gym with great views - clean place with good building management- got security when we were there and front desk provided with lobby wifi when we needed There was sadly no bathtub- the only one that didn’t have a bath tub in the host’s loft series- so if that’s your must-have, can consider their other lofts lol - the place a bit far from CS by foot due to constructions, but by grab it’s very easy - the swimming pool has even hydraulic exercise equipments, but the tiles maybe old so look a bit dirty we didn’t swim in the end
