• Marie Lou (9/5): Well appointed apartment with caring host Daniela near all amenities and metro station. Safe neighborhood too. - The host Daniela welcomed us personally and made sure we could find all the amenities. She also kept in touch regularly to make sure all was well. 1.Their welcome booklet is very detailed. 2.The apartment was very clean & accessible. It is fully renovated (walls, ceilings, flooring) with new furniture electrical outlets & extension cords in every corner; 2 large IKEA closets (1 in bedroom and 1 in living room ) are ideal for longer stays. 3.The 2 full bathrooms are well appointed with showers and bidets. 4.All doors & windows lock up securely. 5.Small balcony perfect to hang clothes to dry on clothesline. 6. Location!!!!The apartment is walking distance to all amenities, farmers market a few steps away (ask for Pietro) restaurants, cafes around the corner and Pigneto Metro station line C ( 4 stops to Colliseo Metro) . 7. Windows give on inner courtyard and we could easily sleep quietly with windows open . We would have liked: -Pillows: better quality pillows instead of mushy foam filled ones. -Second bedroom info: When we reserved we expected a 2 “bedroom” apartment (2 full bedrooms with beds) with a separate living area/kitchen ) instead of a living area with pullout couch and closet. Perhaps the description could reflect the space better. Had we not been a couple but 2 friends, the living space is a bit small for longer stays. -Yoga mats

• S (10/5): コストパフォーマンスが良い快適な宿 - 何かを連絡するとホストがすぐ返信してくれて助かりました。 シャワー設備も良く、シャンプーなどの備品も用意してくれており、どこも清潔でハウスルールの説明もわかりやすく、とてもゲストに親切なホストでした。部屋は天井が高く広く感じ、快適でした。また、近くのストリートが良く、朝は野菜やフルーツの市場が出て、同じ場所が夕方からは外で飲める飲食店になり、とても素敵な場所でした。 良くないというわけではないですが、通りに面しているドアの開錠方法が独特で、教えてもらった番号に電話をかけるというものでした。海外で電話できる携帯電話の契約をしていないと電話をかけられないので開けることができません。一度入れば、部屋に鍵が置いてあるので２回目からは出入りが鍵でできます。最初だけ気をつけないと入れません。事前にホストに相談する必要があると思います。

• Thomas (10/5): Kommen gern wieder und können Unterkunft weiterempfehlen - Das Zentrum von Rom konnte man zu Fuß oder auch mit der in der Nähe befindlichen Metro erreichen. Unterkunft perfekt für 2 oder auch 4 Personen. Zwei Bäder vorhanden.

• Vince (8/5): Casa Pesa.. - Local trattorias and bars were great. Close to Pignetta Metro Station. Check in process was very difficult for "non-tech savvy" travellers like us. Had difficulty accessing the building lobby before check-in with no one on site to show us in. Once in, fortunately a set of keys was available to open the lobby from the street once we had gone out and about. Apartment was clean & tidy, but smaller than our expectations.
• Daniel (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent location! The area is charming, very vibrant in the evenings. Although there are a lot of restaurants and terraces around, the apartment is very quiet. The place is well maintained and comfortable. Easy checkin and checkout and the communication with Daniela was great. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The property was easy to access. Private and secure parking within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. A cute little market in the mornings. Clean and very comfortable!

Nice apartment, excellent renovation, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Sociable hosts and plus a bottle of cold Prosecco at the right time. Small kitchen and view from the window.

• Meredith (9/5): A lovely local atmosphere and place to stay. - The rooms were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were very convenient. The location was fabulous, with trains and buses very close. The market stalls, cafes, bars and gelateria just around the corner added to the atmosphere and convenience. We had issues with finding the property as the address on booking.com sent us to entirerly the wrong area. Once aware Daniela was very helpful in providing the correct details.

Daniela is an amazing host and replies very fast and willing to help in every situation. Thank you for everything Daniela. The area has nice restaurants (L’Aquila d'Oro was our favourite) and is close to public transport.
• Stoycheva (10/5): How we discovered Pigneto - If when you stay in a hotel you are like a guest, here you are at home - you have everything you need or you may think of! You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need - you even have Italian coffee or tea, that the kind hostess has left for you. Or you can buy a freshly baked croissant from a nearby cafe and sit on the small terrace to drink your cup of aromatic coffee. You can also buy fresh vegetables that you can find every morning on the street next to the apartment to prepare your own lunch or dinner. Location ottima per visitare il centro e la zona pedonale del Pigneto! Grazie, Daniela! Torneremo! Is it possible that you are in Rome and do not like something?
• Leonid (9/5): A good newly renovated place in the heart of Pigneto - A newly renovated place at the heart of Pigneto; easy communication with the host. Very good experience overall. More of a warning: we ran out of hot water on the day of departure, with 2 people taking quick shower. Apparently something had to be done with the boiler - so check with the host. I didn't have time, had to run, so didn't leave in the best state after an ice cold shower, but according to the host this issue is easily fixable.

The apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped, we lacked nothing. There were a lot of restaurants in the next street, supermarkets and markets nearby. nothing
• Cristina (10/5): Much more than we expected - The property is in a very good location, some kind of an old city and market, although very joyful and quite. There are a lot of restaurants and by the day, there is a market of fruits and vegetables. Nearby, there are many means of public transport that lead to all the tourist attractions - our favorite was bus 81. The accomodation was very clean and confortable- nothing was missing. It is better than the pictures. The host was very kind, she provided us with snacks and drinks from the house. -
