su (8/5): Overall, I would give it an 8 or higher (out of 10). Hopefully, there will be some improvements in the future. - The cleaning lady was very professional. She readily took care of my running out of dish soap. The room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There's no dining table. I have to hold the bowl with my hands to eat, which is very inconvenient.

Nous estimons donc devoir obtenir un geste commercial pou - Commençons par les points positifs, le personnel est très réactif et aimable. La chambre était propre, et le logement très bien situé (tout est accessible à pied), la rue est plutôt calme, bon séjour dans l’ensemble 😊 Cependant, la vue donnait sur l’immeuble d’en face (vue inexistante de ce fait) ce qui n’était pas forcément mentionné dans l’annonce. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. De plus nous étions au 5eme étage sans ascenseur ce qui est très pénible et peu fonctionnel pour les touristes ou personnes à handicap. Peu d’électroménager et de vaisselle dans la chambre (le strict minimum : 2 petits coussins et pas de couverture supplémentaire, pas de chauffage pourtant indiqué et donc payé !). La douche est peu éclairée et pas de support gel douche (presque dangereux) De même pour le kit d’accueil peu accueillant (une éponge ? J’ai payé les frais de ménage pourtant). Le minimum de l’hygiène devrait être prévu : essuie-tout, sel/poivre, gel douche, savon, bouteille d’eau, ou spécialité locale. Et enfin plus gros souci du séjour : pas de télécommande à notre arrivée. Malgré une communication efficace et une intervention rapide du personnel, aucune solution donnée à notre problème : nous avons payé pour une chambre avec tv sans tv. Nous attendons donc une indemnisation à hauteur des options dont nous n’avons pu jouir.

Konumu güzel ancak, trafiğe kapalı yol üzerinde Az eşya ile gidecekseniz ok Asansör olmaması büyük hayal kırıklığı idi, çok fazla valizimiz vardı 5 kat çıkarmak zorunda kaldık korkunçtu. Sonrasında da merkezde olduğumuz halde merdivenlerden dolayı gün içersinde odaya dönmeye cesaret edemedik. Odada kapı açmak için badge olacağı söylenmişti ancak yoktu Sürekli telefon uygulaması kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Hiç kolay değildi. Kapı kolu duvara çok yakın, her çevirdiğimizde elimizi çizdik. Banyoda duşakabin yok perde sürekli üzerinize doğru geliyor ve sular da dışarı kaçıyordu duş almak kabus gibiydi. Geceleri de oldukça gürültülü olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

I booked because of his size but on ground the size is different. it’s depressed property, smelly and no soup, paste were present in the bathroom.
