Two things - regarding bedrooms; the master bedroom bed was low to the ground, need to be a bit higher Kids bed room - bed should be at least full, if not bigger Sofa in the family room room, may be you can make it a pull out sofa bed Offer additional pillows and comforters Recommendations: In the kid room, wish the bed was a full size rather than twin size. Master bedroom - bed should be raised s bit For TV, there should be instructions and a guide for the channels; no English Channels (specifically CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and Sports channels) No paper towels or bathroom tissue (at least one role per bathroom) should be provided; similarly small soap and shampoo -travel sizes are available), and some instructions as to water is drinkable or not; if not offer water bottles or provide some instructions and directions to the near by grocery store. There is one within 10 minute walk. See above my recommendations

• Nicola (10/5): Great apartment, would definitely stay again - Loved this property, it was ideal location for where we wanted to be, it was quiet.
• Eva (8/5): Nice accomodation, good neighborhood, some details not so amazing (already a bit used and outdated) - Appartment is close to San Siro stadium (10 minutes walking). The location of appartment is in the new and quiet residential area (but you have to use metro and public bus from the city center, the transport is quite complicated - approx. 0,5 hour to the city center, 2 hours to the airport Malpensa). Appartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was very comfortable for more than two people. The best thing is the balcony and convenient living room. The kitchen equipment was inadequate (basic things like a dishwashing sponge and saponate or dish towel were missing - the dishes were "sticky"). You can see that the apartment is quite well maintained, but some things were neglected (the apartment was not really dirty, but e.g. the faucets and the shower were not well washed, the toilet was cracked, the furniture in the bathroom was worn). It was also a bit difficult to register our arrival (you have to check-in online, via link send to e-mail, it was necessary to scan ID documents, then pay the city tax), the link came up several times to e-mail, so I cannot find the arrival instruction. I had to send an urgent message to the landlord to send me the information to enter the apartment, but the response was quick (which was positive).
