• Catherine (6/5): - unit had well equipped kitchen (with only 1 wineglass and 3 dinner plates), TV and internet service vey good, and laundry, bed comfortable. Rest was shabby and poorly maintained: bangs on the walls and bedroom doors, paint chips, badly marked fibre board cupboards in bathroom, mold on bathtub trim, stained bathroom floor, worn sofa cushions, hot water in shower took ages to come. Staff contact was very good and helpful. Checkout was smooth. We were on 38th floor but elevator service was very good.
• Dale (10/5): - Location was perfect and I had views of the CN Tower and the lake. Will definitely stay here again.
• Anton (4/5): - While being in a great area, the apartment itself leaves more to be desired. Holes in walls and ceiling, doors not working properly, poor amenities. Most importantly we had no hot water in the last 2 days our our stay! Being relatively responsive before the stay, the stuff completely ignored any messages after. Definitely won't recommend.
• Michelle (10/5): - Great communication and the location just can’t be beat. Overlooking the Rogers Centre and CN tower, with a view of the water. Walkable to all sorts of things ! Condo was perfect for our needs !

• Ken (4/5): - Nice secure location. Marred by loose or broken lighting or towel rack fixtures, bathroom door which closed but then got jammed, beds with broken springs, limited bath soap, alarms that came on two nights in a row. Hidden charges. In short it is overpriced!
• Arthur (10/5): - We had an amazing weekend in Toronto! The apartment was in a great location, very clean, and exactly as described. The host was outstanding – always quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

• Kyle (6/5): - Overall pretty average. Considering cost it’s a decent stay, but the building isn’t anything special. During one night of our stay the fire alarm went off 4-5 times over a span of 4 hours. The water in the unit doesn’t get very cold either and no bottled water was supplied. Another issue is the elevator in the building, according to other residents usually only one elevator of the two elevators is operating and the building refuses to fix the broken one. Wait times for the elevator are long. The building is great for location though, Rogers Center is only a couple minute walk, as well as Scotiabank Arena and Union Station is a 5-10 minute walk. Decent sized unit for guests but poor build quality, doors don’t seem to latch and lock and everything in our unit looked to be slopped together last second.

• CHRISTA (6/5): - Reading reviews is probably best prior to booking because it would’ve helped me making the decision over booking at a hotel in the area. Our experience wasn’t terrible but also not great experience. The booking was non-refundable and I knew with Blue Jays & a concert that it would be difficult to get another booking elsewhere to accommodate our family. Just 2 days before our trip, I received a message asking if I would be willing to move locations from the initial booking due to a plumbing issues, at this point I felt like we had no other choice especially if the property was non-refundable. I asked for an earlier check-in since I’ve already paid & it’s not considered “a hotel”, I figured there’d be some compromise. We had a hard time finding the new building location & the check-in process. There’s no access to the pool or fitness centre, 1 elevator was out which caused 10-15 min delay in travel time all 4 days of the trip. Early check-in was an extra $100, the unit felt un-clean, dishes, some pans were still dirty so we didn’t bother cooking. I ended up vacuuming, mopping, & sanitizing. The quality of the new property rental was very poor based on the initial rental/booking photos, the views were different. The walls were patched up, floors dirty & a few tiles were broken, the main bedroom mattress was broken & uncomfortable. I was reminded not to approach security or ask any questions, it felt sketchy. I usually stick to the hotels bookings & won’t make this mistake again
• Jean Etienne (6/5): - Globally, it was functional, pretty by its location and thats it. On pictures, it looked amazing but inside of it, bath wasn’t working, towel handle was broken, arm of the sofa was broken, sink was leaking, etc. plus, it seemed like i had to reach out for basic information of the renting (ie, the wifi code, the checkout instructions, etc).

• Constance (4/5): - First off. I did not stay at this property. The day before arrival, the host company (Guestic), contacted me and indicated there was a supposed plumbing problem at the property and asked that I stay at another property. I said yes since it was last minute and was unlikely to find suitable accommodations on such late notice. The check in at the other property was a disaster. The code they provided us to obtain the key from à lockbox did not work. Had to call them and the lady on the phone did not know why. So ahe indicates ahe woukd have someone call me back

• Andy (10/5): review on this condo - Everything was amazing simple to check in everything is sent before entering. Down side is the windows were really hard to close and there was some loose knobs on the bathrooms sink. The locks function was not working keeping the door unlocked. The pool was only accessible for the people who paid for 28 days ! that’s 32000 dollars. Or else , view was magnificent service was amazing. recommend for trips to toronto

• Sridevi (10/5): - Excellent Stay – Perfect Location! I had a great experience at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic – close to grocery stores, walkable to major attractions, and just a short stroll to the boardwalk. Everything was convenient and within easy reach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

• Brian (8/5): - Overall, I enjoyed the property. The only changes are minor suggestions to improve communication and check-in/out. I should note that they told me this property was an upgrade, due to a plumbing issue in the original suite. The good: Property was clean, spacious, and ideally located for downtown attractions. I enjoyed the view on the 62nd floor, facing the CN Tower. The less good: Constant noise on my floor, as if somebody was running a very large vacuum. I could hear it from my suite, but it luckily was minimal from the bedroom. Elevators take a very long time to reach the floor, in some cases up to 5 minutes. The curtains in the bedroom did not fully cover the window, so the room was never as dark as I would have liked while sleeping. A representative met me in the lobby to provide the key, but the phone number I had for this person was incorrect. Luckily he called me when I landed at YYZ to say he was at the building. They had my flight number, which was on time, so there was no need for him to be at the building lobby for 1.5 hours ahead of me. Upon leaving I was told to leave the key in the cupboard where I found it. After a prompt email exchange, they told me to leave it on the table and send them a photograph when I vacated the property. Overall, I would have preferred the check-in/out procedure to be more straightforward. I would have slept better if the curtains were more effective, and the noise in the hall was eliminated. But not a bad experience.

• Darren (8/5): - Communication could be better. I got emails and text from different parties who never spoke to each other therefore confusing at times. Condo needs a fresh coat of paint.
• Hudad (8/5): - I booked for us to stay at the Elegant Suites hotel. When we were at the airport heading out, I got a text message informing me that our reservation has been changed to a different address right next to the original hotel. Instead of checking in at the front desk of a hotel like we're used to, I kept getting text messages from 3 people, informing me where to meet the person who was going to give us the keys to the property. We finally met up with one person outside of the property who walked us up to the condo where we would be staying. As I had mentioned on our arrival day, we thought it was not very professional to be handed over to another entity that we didn't make our reservation with on the day of our check in without being given any choices. Outside of that, the condo we stayed in was decent and close to the original location as stated. The owners/individuals we communicated with during were responsive in a timely manner to our inuiries regarding WI-FI issues and batteries for the remote control. On our check out day, there was a bit of back and forth regarding where we would leave the keys-originally we were told to leave the keys on the dinning room counter and then on the day of check out, to leave it in the box at the Hasty Market. It was eventually straightened out and was not a problem. We were hoping to leave our luggage at the front desk like we're used to to walk around until our departure to the airport but it didn't look like it was an option.
• Guy (2/5): - It was not the room we ordered. We had to wait for 1/2 hour in the parkade to get our space an employee was parked in it. When we told Jemal it was not the apartment was not what we ordered he left. No one told us about the kill switch for the lights. We could not get the microwave and oven to work.
• Grace (2/5): - CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING: We did not have a great experience. Check in and all communication with the property was confusing, inconsistent and disorganized. There were multiple different numbers to contact and I had to prompt them to communicate and send links through Expedia rather than through text or email. They changed our booking last minute due to a plumbing issue and it was significantly different than the level of quality we expected based on the pictures. The floor was broken, none of the kitchen appliances worked and everything was cheap and thrown together- out of date and unclean. There were hidden fees required after booking for cleaning, deposit and parking although advertised as being included- we had to pay ourselves, submit a receipt to the property and then be reimbursed through e-transfer which I have yet to receive- just feels sketchy. To the company’s credit they were very responsive and the location is very central and cost is affordable. Although you really do get what you pay for. Keep that in mind, we regret not booking a proper hotel for our stay.
• Daniel (6/5): - The room I booked was apparently unavailable. So I was placed in another room. Wasn't a big deal. We still had a decent view. Room was a bit rough but not really a big issue. The big issue I had was the cleanliness. There was dirt everywhere. large clumps of dust and dirt. The glassware was filthy. Towels were stained. I contacted the manager. They responded quickly and provided a quick solution. They dispatched a cleaner to the room and had the room cleaned. It wasn't' perfect but they did make a solid effort to remedy the issue. I would recommend this property. with a word of caution. You get what you pay for.
• Prentice (4/5): Unprofessional, lack of communication, headache - From check in till check out the Guestic's company failed at every aspect of the stay. No have never had a worse experience with a rental either condo/home or hotel in or out of country than this. What was suppose to be a memorable 83rd birthday trip for my Father and his grandson left me wonder how or "who" contributed all the positive reviews for this property. If you are looking to stay for the locations; all the inconveniences and headaches are not worth the stay. My Father who is not opinionated, had to give his 2 cents to the customer service supervisor who was rude & unreasonable! had to step in and stick up for me.

• Joshua (10/5): - Perfect for a family getaway, need a key fob to get in building and to access the elevator which I find great for security.. located 3 min walk from union station cn tower arena and grocery store had a tunnel access directly from hotel … the only suggestion or comment/complaint I have, the pullout couch comforter needs to be changed as ours was stained, other than that great stay great views

Only annoying thing I found during my stay was the complete unreliability of the WiFi within the unit, contacted the customer service who were not able to help and I ended up having to do a hotspot from my phone. Overall an okay experience but I will think twice before using it again. Thanks

• MARTIN (10/5): - First experience staying at a high floor Worth it for that alone. Location is great Walking distance to the arenas . We went to Second City which is close by. The check in is late at 5pm which during the week would put you in bad traffic.

• Arjun (4/5): - We booked two rooms. The rooms were great, lots of space, great views. However I was pretty disappointed with the way they went about charging me. I had first selected this room based on the price displayed on Expedia. After I booked the room, they sent another invoice for $150 cleaning fee per room. I thought this was uncalled for. It came up as a 'hidden fee'. To be attracted by a lower fee initially and then after booking, bump up with a hidden fee felt very wrong to me.

• hadi (2/5): - Stay away! You have to pick up and drop off the keys in another location which has almost no chance to park your car. Building had 3 small elevators to the high rise that 2 of them were not in service. It took almost 30 mins to get it. One of the two bathrooms were broken and the door to the second bathroom was obstructed. Horrible experience. The rental company took zero steps to resolve the issue until the time I was actually leaving the condo

The place was dirty it was a horrible experience I would never go back. I had to pick up keys at a local store and they were not even in the box. Jsut a horrible horrible experience

• paul (6/5): Great spot but check in and interactions difficult - Condo itself? Great. Pre-work to get started and the checkin process? Needs work. This isn't a normal Hotels.com booking experience. You'll get numerous emails beforehand asking you to do things like - approve the rules, pay your deposit, confirm a location change, confirm your check-in time...They changed buildings on me, so I had to approve that. They called me at 630 AM on a sunday to confirm that I was ok with the building change. When I tt them they asked what time I would arrive - I told them 5 PM ish? I didn't know for sure. We showed up at the convenience store to pick up our keys at 420 pm. Guess what - no access to the key until 5 pm. Tried to email and say I'm here and want my key, but no response. So we had to go kill time for 40 minutes with our luggage. 10 minute walk from where you get the keys to the condo building, not much fun dragging your suitcases through the busy streets of Toronto. Condo is fine - but this ain't no hotel experience, and isn't even a pleasant ST rental experience from a service standpoint.
