• Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Everything in the apartment was comfortable, especially the bed and couch. The kitchen had everything you would need. The private bathroom was very clean. It was easy to relax as it was very homey. I was given so much privacy to enjoy the large areas within this apartment. Hope to visit again as it is in a perfect spot, close to restaurants, shopping and theatres.
• Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Bed super comfy, bathroom clean and shower hot. The lounge room sofa was comfortable, and I loved relaxing and watching netflix. The kitchen had everything if I wanted to cook, I enjoyed the coffee pods with great flavour. The owners made sure I had privacy to enjoy the shared house. The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, cafes, and theatres. I would stay again All good!

Harsha gave us a rundown of everything and there was yea and coffee and stuff for breakfast if we wanted. Nice little touch. Great value for money. No complaints at all.

Despite dealing with a family emergency, the host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Initially booked for 5 nights, accommodation. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the host had to arrange for us to stay at a different hotel, covering the cost (this was formulae 1 week) to ensure I had a place to stay. This kind of generosity and dedication is rare, and I deeply appreciate the lengths the host went to for my comfort. The new accommodation was superb, and everything was well taken care of. It’s clear the host values his guests and will do whatever it takes to provide a great experience, even in tough times. I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. • Jennifer (10/5): I had a warm welcome in this fresh and clean luxury apartment and was even provided a range of healthy breakfast foods. - I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable as in Harsha and Sumy’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean with new fresh furnishings and the mattress and bedding was luxurious and comfy. They even provided a range of healthy breakfast foods and made sure I felt comfortable using the kitchen, living room and dining areas. I was even welcomed to do a load of laundry and treated to a home cooked dinner during my 5 night stay. The location in the CBD was super close to all public transportation. This would be a perfect place for a long term stay and I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. My highest recommendation! Everything was great, including the pool and workout facilities in this luxury apartment.

This was the cleanest accommodation ever, everything was spotlessly clean, even the floors. The carpark was easy to access and very secure and safe. The host was easy to communicate with by messages, and he made sure to meet me near where the carparking is, to show me where to park, handed the keys and showed me to the accommodation. The bed was sooooooo comfortable, and the kitchen and dining table were really lovely to use. This place is also near everything, so this was the most perfect accommodation and the host was perfect. Will come back again.

• Eliza (10/5): Highly recommended and will definitely book again - For its location and type of room, the price is really good! If you have a car, you can also park for free! The instructions given were clear and information about the property is as advertised. The host is really nice and he even gave us a wine to compliment our dinner in the property. He offers free breakfast (cereals, toast, coffee and tea) and you can cook at the property. The room is enough for us even if we have 2 bags and 1 luggage. One comment though would be the bed, it is too soft for us so you can feel every little movement. But it really depends on the person if you would like it or not.

• Louise (10/5): A real gem! - What a great find! I absolutely loved staying here. Firstly the apartment itself is beautiful, large and stylishly decorated. It smelt wonderful and was immaculately clean. There was literally everything you could need here. My room (with lock) was lovely and also contained hair dryer, iron and board and a selection of teas and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom had all the minis you could need- I had forgotten shower gel so this was appreciated! Harsha was such a kind and thoughtful host and had even provided soya milk and gluten free options for my breakfast! I’d have no hesitation in booking here again. Thank you 😊
• Bhakti (10/5): You will get more than your money’s worth - Harsha and his wife’s place is probably the best you can do in CBD with the kind of amenities and location you are looking at. The apartment itself was very well equipped and modern (the bathroom and the kitchen were my favorites), and Harsha was a fantastic host. He offered me complimentary chocolate, chips, and beverages, and asked me to use whatever I wished to from his well-stocked kitchen. Someone had raised privacy concerns because you share the apartment with the host but their room is on the other side of the house. Besides, I seldom saw them outside. The location is central too and extremely safe (I went out at 10 or 11 in the night as a solo female traveler and did perfectly alright). Look no further and just book this place. The room can be a bit small because of a bulky shelf that has been placed there but was never really an inconvenience for me.
• Karin (10/5): Wonderful stay in the heart of town - Absolutely loved my stay here right in the heart of Melbourne. I had hired a car so the free parking was a bonus too. I had a bedroom and bathroom to myself in a tucked away corner of the apartment so I felt like I had my own private space. Hosts were attentive without being overbearing and use of kitchen etc. was encouraged. It was great value for money and the bed was comfy, the place was quiet and everything was spotless. And to top it off, you also have access to the rooftop gym, pool and spa. Highly recommend and I’m so glad I stayed here! I have no bad words to say about this place, it was pretty perfect!

Lovely modern bathroom and the host Harsha was great. I think the wooden shelving in the bedroom should be removed. It is taking up too much space which is mostly wasted, and if removed, will make the room feel bigger. Bed seems too soft but you get used to it.

• Sharmaine (8/5): Great hospitality from my host and superb location! - Harsha was a friendly, responsive and generous host. He provided a large variety of foods, tea and coffee in the pantry. The linen, towels and toiletries provided were of great quality and variety as well. Superb location with many CBD attractions such as Her Majesty’s Theatre, free tram, State Library etc. all within walking distance. There was a great variety of food options in the area as well. Fitness center facilities are great! Spacious and well equipped gym, jacuzzi at the pool, all with a fantastic view of the CBD. In my opinion it wasn’t very clear in the listing that the listing is a shared apartment with the host. I was under the impression that I had the whole apartment privately and was surprised to find out only upon arrival that it is shared. Thankfully, Harsha was a good host and helped to make the stay comfortable. Although, in general, it might be helpful to state it even more clearly as there are safety concerns for solo travellers when it comes to sharing an apartment. I was concerned when my bedroom door didn’t come with a lock installed.

• Kendall (9/5): A very plesant surpise, great value with good facilities and excellent location. Ideal for singles - Very nice room in a very modern apartment in an excellent location. Bathroom was just across the hallway (literally the door opposite). Lovely shower, and bathroom featured washing machine/dryer. Plentiful storage space in room! Shared balcony was a bonus! It was very quiet, given its central location! Use of shared kitchen was also a bonus, as was the supplied milk, bread and cereal. Friendly host. The bed - you get used to it, but it's not particularly suited to people who sleep on their sides, and the head-end (pillow area) is slightly elevated. A couple of minor points: although there was extensive storage space for items, there was no hanging space for clothes (e.g shirts/trousers), and a bedside lamp would have been handy. Given the price-point, I would still consider this room excellent value.
