• Kathrin (1/5): - Gar nichts. Siehe unten. Schlimmste Unterkunft in meinem Leben. Unzumutbar Die Kellerwohnung war feucht. Es stank extrem nachdem wir einzogen, obwohl alle Fenster geöffnet waren. Alles dreckig, unzumutbar. Ein Minderjähriger Sohn hat die Übergabe gemacht. Unhygienisch war es im Nebenraum. Dort lagen Lebensmittel, die schon älter waren etc.. die Krönung war, als wir ins Bett gingen, es waren Tiere in unserem Bett (siehe Fotos). Wir sind dann in eine andere Unterkunft in dieser Nacht gezogen, weil es unzumutbar war. Der Vermieter kooperiere gar nicht, wurde eher aggressiv.

• Ralf (5/5): Viel Luft nach oben - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist Top und die Aussicht schön. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist veraltet, viele Möbel haben deutliche Abnutzungsspuren. Die Betten waren OK. Im Badezimmer ist leichter Schimmel an der Wand und der Duschvorhang war sehr deutlich schimmelig und dreckig. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr spärlich. Der Garten wirkte ungepflegt und längs der Gehwegen lag viel Müll.

• marie hélène (6/5): Belle vue mais appartement pas propre. - Belle vue Appartement pas très propre, araignée et sa toile entre l’oreiller et le matelas, aucune lampe de chevet, brosse à wc déposée à même le sol sans réceptacle, aucun mug ni bol que des petites tasses à café, pas pratique pour boire un thé.

• Michelle (1/5): I would not recommend this place. No amenities and you need a car. - It was extremely old fashioned. The lounge had 3 single beds and spare mattress and dining table and chairs. No where to sit and relax. No TV. Bathroom was awful and very dark. We did not want to spend any time there. We were in the lower ground floor with no balcony, just a window with a nice view.

• Sahin (3/5): - Uitzicht op het zeer slecht onderhouden terras Als eerst we waren laat aangekomen (hadden aangegeven) niemand in de buurt en ons niet doorgeven hoe we aan sleutels moestsn komen, buren hebben oms geholpen. Aparrement was in de kelder rook muf en ingericht met zooitje bijelkaar geraapt meubels, douchegordijn beschimmeld🤑. Echt zonde van je geld!

• muhammad javaid (1/5): Unhygienic and Unhealthy Stay – Serious Guest Safety Concern - Nothing Our stay at this property in Lucerne was extremely disappointing and a serious health hazard. The room was damp, smelled musty, and the bedding and floor felt constantly wet and sticky. Within hours, all of us started feeling itchy, as if something was crawling on our bodies – despite nothing being visible. That night was a nightmare. Due to the smell, dampness, and discomfort, no one in our family could sleep. The next day and afterward, several of us had allergic reactions, and my daughter and wife is still suffering from severe itching and skin irritation, even after two days. She required antihistamine medication, but we did not consult a doctor as we were continuing our travel to Milan and Paris. We are sharing this review in good faith so that future guests – especially families – don’t suffer like us. We urge Booking.com to investigate and consider delisting this property for guest health safety. We couldn’t leave the property that night as we arrived after midnight, but we request a full refund due to the property’s unacceptable condition and the health impact it caused during our family trip.

• J (1/5): AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL! SPARE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHE - NONE, VERY VERY BAD PLACE. If your going to Luzern without a car forget about this place as its too far and too steep to go and no bus route..The property is very dirty, outdated and no TV, toilet lock doesnt work, dirty kitchen and toilet, no hand washing liquid(half water and liquid), pillows and towels are soiled. This property should not be in the list...Booking.com should removed this propery in your list. They advertised with tv but theres none, washing machine was shared and its too dirty and full linens from the owner, linens scattered everywhere, send some pictures to Booking.com but theres no respose from them. Molds all over the toilet, tried to call the property care taker but he doesnt answer his phone nor response to text messages...VERY BAD AREA AND PROPERTY. Find somewhere else if you're staying in Lucerne..
• Terry (1/5): Con... Disgusting... Dirty..... UNSAFE.... DO NOT BOOK - The location of the property. That was all. What can I tell you about this place. I arrived, and was immediately greeted with a stench of soured milk, that grew stronger the closer I got to the door. It took ages for the property owner to send the admin emails to me and I had to chase twice. When he did, the instructions told me the key was in a box that wasn't locked and so easilty accessable. In hindsight, I don't think I would have needed the key as the lock on the property was so flimsy that I could have easily pushed the door to the apartment open. Security isn't a concern to the property owner, as there is nothing worth stealing inside. From the kitchenette, with missing cupboard doors, to drawers with missing handles, stained work surfaces, a rotten shower curtain. BLOOD stains on the bathroom floor, that could have been cleaned but it seems they just didn't bother. In the two bedroom apartment, there were 7 mattresses, scattered, leaning against the walls without sheets. One pillow for the whole property! The windows at the front are again completely unsafe, rusted and dangerous. The netting over it was a trap for 100's of dead instects that were now rotting ont he windowledge. I called the owner who quickly said I needed to raise a cancellation, he would agree, and I would get my money back for the booking in 3-4 days. He lied. This didn't happen. He rejected the request and now doesn't answer his phone when I call him. A complete coward! Not really a man at all. I little weasel. The good news is, I will be making several visits to this location over the coming weeks. If he hasn't paid my money back to me by then, I will visit this location, where with such easy access, I will create as much damage in the property that will need replacing, that I will cover the cost of money I have given to the owner without ever staying there.

• Patty1750 (1/5): Bad - Nothing !!!!! don't reserve!!!!!! The apartment was dirty when we arrived. Furniture poor quality and kitchen units were in very poor condition. The kitchen sink had a leak and water would run onto the kitchen floor. Not enough cutlery, and we had to wash all cutlery,plates and glasses before being able to use them. No tea towels. Refrigerator had not been defrosted for a long time. Impossible to put anything in the freezer compartment as there was so much ice. Bathroom. Not enough towels, leaves and dirt in the bath tub. No toiletries Bedroom. Not sure that the sheets were clean when we entered. No bedside table or lamps. Patio. Didn't look anything like the photo. Was dirty and furniture seemed broken. General state of the apartment was not good.paint peeling off the walls, bad smell. A lot of noise from the other apartments. The staircase leading to the apartment was dirty. The general impression is that the owner is interested only in getting money ( 188 CHF for one night) without any care or consideration for the guests. Would definitely not recommend this apartment, and I would recommend that booking.com verify the condition of rentals before accepting them on their platform.

• Nadeesha (2/5): Very poor - Location, it had a nice view of luzern lake. Beds were comfortable, but bed linen are dirty. Bathroom had no window curtains, dirty linen and bath towels. Overall not a clean apartment. It's felt like abbandant place without care. Access to apartment was very difficult stair way . There were even no lights. No kitchen utensils. It's not worth money at all.

Poor Internet Instead of 3 single beds should replace one double and one single will be far better No locks in bathroom No enough utensils to cook for group of 4-5 person No kitchen towel available
• Tenzin (10/5): Smooth - The location was beautiful and also communication with the host was smooth Since we were only there for a night we didn’t have to buy all the kitchen groceries as things like oil coffee was available and hair dryer was there too WiFi was tat bit slow and kept getting disconnected

• Hannah (3/5): Okay but no living room and a bit run down. - Key collection was easy and there is a nice view. Beds were comfy. It was clean. It says it is a 2 bedroom apartment but one room is the living room. There is no sofa or place to relax that isn't the beds. The flat itself is quite old and run down.
