Guest Reviews
- janandgay (7/5): - Location is great and the unit was clean. The area is quiet and near all amenities.
Good to have secure underground car parking. No communication prior to arrival regarding the key lock box and the carpark is hard to find.
The couch needs to be cleaned as it's stained.
You wouldn't want to be short or old to get into bed as it's very high of the ground, and the mattress needs to be replaced as it has terrible roll into the middle from both sides.
We were there for 9 nights and there were no cleaning products for cleaning the hand basin, shower or kitchen services.

- Jacqui (10/5): Very enjoyable and very convenient - Convenient , lovely place The kitchen sink needed scrubbing there were coffee stains
Shower needs some attention

- Paul (10/5): Clean, modern, well equipped and great location ( except for the flat pillows !!!!) - Pillows could be softer and higher. I used 3 flat pillows provided.

- Matthew (8/5): Great location, comfy and clean. Read reviews for some minor gotchas to prepare for. - Great location, clean and usable apartment, nice communications. Canberra overall was lovely and calm. Picking up the keys from a lockbox in location A and then going to location B was, as other reviews say, a burden if you don't drive yourself. But the instructions made that as easy as it could be. It would be much better to supply the keys from a location within 100 meters of the apartment.
If you want to cook or just heat up supermarket foods, bring or buy your own napkins, salt, oil, coffee cream, and other things I would consider basic to a supplied kitchenette. One should not expect a hotel or airBnB here, but in my experience the lack of these is a bit skimpy and can throw off your dinner plans. Buying those things for a 3-night stay results in a lot of leftover stuff to throw away if you can't pack it out.
- Louise (8/5): Very good - The location and facilities were great The instructions for obtaining keys and parking instructions were not easy to understand. We took forever to find the car park as the numbers were not in any order. We did not know that the lifts were linked to the apt buildings that shared the parking area. We would have loved to know that the fob only worked for certain floors. It was quite scary being locked in the elevator not understanding what the problem was. If it had not been for the takeaway delivery guy we would still be lost.
- Alison (9/5): Superb - Great location, secure parking, clean and comfortable
- Lobban (9/5): Superb - the layout and bed was rally comfy if a bit tall
- Glenice (8/5): Very good -

- Shanta (10/5): Fantastic; will definitely recommend. - This was a last minute booking and we could not have been more pleased with the central location. The kitchen/microwave/ laundry facilities/balcony were pleasant surprises. Very comfortable bed and couch and very spacious.
- Sue (10/5): It was lovely and we would definitely stay there again, - Beautifully appointed apartment. Very well equipped for self catering. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Beautiful view from balcony. We were glad we only had to leave the keys on the table rather than return them to the lock box. As a first time visitor to Canberra and not knowing our way around, finding the lock box was a bit like a car rally following clues. Having said that Sarah and Tommii did provide very detailed instructions and photographs which we found very helpful though we had to read them carefully.
- David (7/5): Overall a really pleasant stay - The location and quality of the apartment was excellent. Arriving at 5:30 on a Friday caused a few challenges with finding parking at the key pickup location. We had booked for three guests yet there was only two towels provided, little things like there was no bottle opener in the apartment. All of these things although really little just took the shine off the overall experience.
- Dani (5/5): Basic accommodation - Well located. AC in bedroom is loud, had to sleep with ear plugs. Bed sheet missing for 3rd person. Very basic equipped.
- Megan (8/5): Excellent - Great location Nil
- Barry (8/5): Very good - Location was great Process of getting keys and getting into complex

- Matthew (8/5): Very good - We got a great price with good facilities and location to shops. Secured covered parking for our car. The fold out couch did not have a sheet on the mattress, only an unclean mattress cover, so slept on the couch instead. Details for collecting the keys were emailed while driving there and only had booking.com information which was only basic. This caused much confusion so a txt to my phone or an earlier email would have been better.
- He (9/5): Amazing experience - The location is close to Canberra Centre. You can easily get any food you want.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good - Great location. Facilities great.
- Chern (9/5): Superb -
- Joelle (10/5): Cozy stay - It was very comfortable Nothing
- Susan (8/5): Great apartment, shocking check in system - Modern, clean, warm, comfortable bed and perfect for a 3 night stop over The process for collecting keys, accessing the underground garage and property could not be more complicated if you tried. Lift your game guys and come up with a more user friendly system. We were not the only ones trying to locate your ‘office’ in Elouera street ( which was in fact a shipping container with no staff). Also juggling between emails and pdf instruction sheets and photos and diagrams was ridiculous.
- Pham (8/5): Very good -
- Shankar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (7/5): Classy place but impossible to cook your own meals or drink a bottle of beer. - Very clean modern and comfortable. Lovely view . A classy apartment. In spite of having pans etc and crockery, and huge variety of knives there was little else. No bottle opener for start , no tin opener, no salad /fruit bowls, jugs, cheese grater , strainer for draining pasta or to wash salad - We could go on . Very limited facilities to actually do any cooking. We asked the owner and were told that people go out to bars to drink, (we were not expected to open a bottle in the apartment after a long drive and arriving early eve!) . She also said that bottle openers get stolen - it doesn’t cost a lot to replace them - we had to buy our own . Also no hand wash was provided, essential in the kitchen and bathroom. Classy place but very few facilities.
- Jolon (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, over the road from the Canberra centre. Great view of Mt Ainslie. I only found out the day before that the pick up location for the key was about 1km away from the apartment. This was inconvenient as I was flying in with checked in luggage. Would be useful to note that in the description.
- Marc (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (10/5): The location was fantastic, just across the road from Canberra Central. - The location was fantastic, just across the road from Canberra Central.
- Melanie (9/5): Superb -
- Megan (7/5): Expensive But Nice Place To Stay - Nice, modern apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Great location. Check in process wasn’t that easy. No bath mat. Curtains didn’t keep light out in the morning. A bit overpriced in our opinion.
- Kim (10/5): Surprisingly good value in Canberra. - Location is excellent. Close to Civic. Great view of Mount Ainslie. The apartment is very spacious and has a good balcony. It is somewhat difficult at the start having to collect the keys at a different location and then park behind the apartment. However once we got to know the system it was easy.
- Tracey (5/5): Great location, great kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. Just a little small for 4 people. - Instructions were difficult to follow Room was small for 4 people. Fold out sofa was small for 2 children
- Clare (8/5): Very good -
- Narelle (8/5): Pleasant place to stay and value for money - Location was good. Everything was as stated when we made the booking. Swipe key system made you feel safe staying there. Found that collecting the keys was a bit of an issue. We had to get taxi from airport to the key location couldn’t get code to work and had to ring for help. We walked to apartment from there which was quite a distance and street signage not great.
- Paramasivan (8/5): Very good -
- Xyz222 (9/5): Great place to stay in Canberra - This is a very pleasant apartment in a great location. Modern, clean with everything needed for a stay in Canberra. The check in process needs some revision. Check in is at 1500, at least an hour later than 95% of stays. We inquired about an early checkin (1400) but didn't receive a reply. The apartment is in a complex with a number of towers. We received a link of how to access parking which was inadequate. We were fortunate in that we went to the area beforehand and spoke to a janitor who explained that the entrance to the parking was not behind the building but in an adjacent building. The car spaces are randomly numbered, the lifts specific to each tower. Simple instructions like "lift is 20 metres from the car park slot" "car park slot is on B1" would have helped. We were assisted by a non resident who parked there. "I often run into people who are lost and they are all staying at the apartment you mentioned". Stressful when you may have driven a long distance to get there. Aside from that this a great place to stay in a prime location.
- Terry (7/5): Good -
- Bowie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donal (8/5): Comfortable accomodation just outside the centre - Reasonably good accomodation beside the Canberra centre. WiFi was reliable. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants, and the city centre. The instructions for retrieving the keys were very convoluted, and it was quite hard to find the apartments designated parking space in the underground car park. Most of the communication from the operator related to a damage deposit, and the general impression was that they expected us to damage the property.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Stacie (10/5): Will definitely return if ever in Canberra. - Value for money, close to the city, easy access, safe and secure, modern apartment. Could not fault the staff or the property
