Renato (7/5): Foi razoável, mas com melhorias eu voltarei outras vezes. - O apartamento é bom, mas precisa de melhorias. Apartamento muito frio, janelas mal vedadas, persiana do quarto com defeito, sem blackout na sala, ar condicionado só na sala e com funcionamento comprometido, excesso de armários no quarto e na cozinha, sanitário entupido, máquina de lavar funcionando, mas não adequadamente, cortinas rasgadas e sem necessidade de ter, lustres empoeirados, sofá desconfortável para dormir. Meio quarto impróprio para uso com forte cheiro de mofo. Sugestão: menos é mais Retirar todas as cortinas do quarto, retirar os armários sobre a cama, colocar luz de cabeceira, Retirar armário sobre o tanque e sobre o fogão e deixar somente sobre a pia. Trocar os puxadores do armário da cozinha e colocar um entendedor de roupa acima do tanque. Não acomoda 3 pessoa do modo que está hoje. Precisa de blackout na sala e ar no quarto.
